Definitely.... This is not a song for him. Lyrics are too corny for his style.... He's the only member out of the 5 of them who can sing "You're in my bed with a rockstar", and be taken seriously. I looooooove Take That as 5. But I have to admit..... Robbie, in essence, is a solo artist. And he just has an incredible solo career he can't just turn his back to. I hate to say this, but Take That might be a 4-piece again, sooner or later. Robbie alone is too succesful to be part of a band.
Not permanently come-back, really the best decision for them...his ego too big, for being part of the group...not his fault, it just him...but after that we know their relationship get better, Robby sometimes would join in 1-2 track (especially song from their 90's and Progress album) in Take That show/ appearance...
Mark Owen sings it far better than Robbie
What? WHAT! So you're saying that Little Mark spends six months in a recording studio with a patient producer with an Autotuner to eventually come up a video-worthy version of one of many great Gary Barlow songs is BETTER THAN this utterly kick ass, classic, legendary off the cuff cover sung virtually a cappella by Robbie Williams. If you are saying that then you are deaf and stupid - probably just the latter.
