The man’s not lying about dust buildup in the collet! If you aren’t cleaning it out at least once per day, chances are you’ll get burned sooner or later. You never know what’s going to happen if your bit slips up or down, but it’s never good!

What brand bit are you using? It isn't working for me maybe its my bit?

It should. To carve an oval. The bit should plunge straight down into the material. Is something loose? The toolpath should be a straight line.
