@@HopefulTurns ok! So make the square separately then stitch around the border to attach? Your video was the easiest one I found to follow along to as a complete beginner. Thanks so much!
@@haleyspiteri9838 Yes, it's stitched separately on to a square. You can use any square, a granny square ir solid granny square. Here I had made a square with just single crochet rows . I am so glad you liked it, it's a different take on the popular vintage square especially for beginners 😊

You can just stitch onto the square along the flower border with a separate needle.
