hi, this 1000 rep challenge is more of an add-on series, so if you use it after say a cardio workout or another harder total body workout, it will be more of a challenge. There will be harder full body workouts coming soon.

So good to see you back! You and Mini look beautiful. I did this after the outer thigh. I wore ankle weights for both 😅 And used a ball where I could in the pretzel. I've been doing a lot of my own mat, and it was more fun working out with you. Fun and brutal! Queen of Inner Thigh work. Well, queen of pilates and barre in general! This is my favorite kind of work with the lifts

I did this one with 2 kg weights as well (only this time on my thigh instead on my ankle) - so I did less reps. Loved it!❤ Creative and great burn🤗
Was thinking of using ankle weights and am glad i didn't. Maybe my next go at it i would be brave and use ankle weights 😍 The last exercise was the hardest for me. Thank you so much for bringing quality content Linda Love your creativity. 💞💞

Update : I used 0.75 kg ankle weights and I found it very doable compared to your other older inner thigh workouts
is it normal that your arms are soreeeee because ive been using my arms to lean on the mat most of the time
yes, definitely. If you are not used to doing it for so long, they can get sore.
