Machynlleth to Borth - Wales Coast Path - Ceredigion - Stage 1

Jan and Don re-establish their Welsh Coast odyssey for the first time since September. Re-joining the path in the ancient Welsh capital of Machynlleth, a 16 mile savage endurance trail awaits them - only one problem, they've left their map at their luxury accommodation.
Will they succeed or will they be pushed into to desperate measures? Will they need to summon help from legendary 80's Olympic athletes? Can they find the elusive Roman Steps? …and will they negotiate the raging floodwaters without getting their pasties wet?
