The Eliminator Furious 5 RG is the first multi-effect light that I've gotten excited about in a long time. It has 5 different lighting effects arranged in a nice symmetrical layout that is visually appealing. The effects (color wash, UV diodes, strobe, laser, and moonflowers) are bright and project a good distance across a room. I love that you can adjust the speed of the auto programs as well as choose auto programs with only one effect if you want. You also have up to 24 channels of DMX control, meaning more advanced users can easily integrate this light into larger light shows.

If you don't have an Amazon prime account, you need one! I do almost all of my shopping through Amazon and many of the products on this channel are sold there. It's great to have the things I need show up on my doorstep in a day or two (or sometimes even a few hours). You can try it for free for 30 days here: amzn.to/3b6rAo1. Trust me, you won't go back to life before Amazon prime! - Věda a technologie
Very, very helpful review, thanks! Drives me crazy when a product just has a generic video associated with it instead of an actual demo.
Appreciate it Joe! Thanks for watching.
Solid review! I’m sold
Thanks so much for watching!
Just ordered 2, looking forward to them.
Awesome, thanks for watching!
Thank you! Very clear and thorough.
Thanks for watching!
Spectacular lights love those lazers
Me too! Thanks for watching!
Awesome review!
Thanks Jose! It’s a great product!
Great review, excellent light, going to be picking up a pair for smaller gigs where space is at a premium. Would've liked to see a built in pole mount in the center. I tried to download the manual to check out the dmx control possibilities, but it's not on Eliminator's page for it under resources... weird. Thanks Jordan!
Thanks Jason! A pole mount would be great, maybe in V2? You can slide it down a pole farther but it will need to be angled up/down slightly to accommodate the safety loop. I believe they are still finalizing the manual and it should be available to download soon :) I’ve got a rough draft and with 24ch mode you get independent control over all the parameters you’d want (RGBW wash color mixing, UV diode brightness, strobe rate, laser speed/direction/color, etc)
I’m buying this product but I can’t figure out which stand/adapters to buy for it.
Is there a way to have all effects on in sound active mode, without strobe and without having to use DMX?
i bought one love it, ordered 3 more, now I cant find anyone that has more for sale, i want up to 24 for a massive truss system any ideas where to buy like 20 more
What DMX controller do you use for this light? I just bought this and I got the venue tetra controller which did not work at all it literally does nothing for this light lol
So I just ordered the ADJ WMX 1 DMX controller
I'm hoping this one will work
This lights def not worth it without DMX
The presentation video I watched made it seem like I'd be abel to use Color Wash with 2 different colors of my choice but do far I've basically been stuck in try me mode with stock lighting fx
On auto mode and sound active is it suppose to stop when there is no music?
How do you keep the lights from shutting down they start flashing and then they go off
Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
I still don't understand....you can't point level 3r+ lasers at the crowd thus making this thing useless unless you use DMX and turn the laser off.
Have you tried it with Soundswitch?
Very informative, question, do you feel it is a tad bit over the Chauvet DJ Swarm FX5
Thank you! I definitely think is the strongest entry in the multi-effect DJ light category right now.
Is this a competitor for the Chauvet Swarm Wash FX?
I would say so! I think the Chauvet moonflower is brighter, but the Eliminator is significantly cheaper, looks better in my opinion, and has a brighter strobe. So it comes down to what you prefer!
@@fayzereviews Availability will also be a severe issue, I presume. I don't think this product is available in Europe.
@@fayzereviews do you have swarm fx that you could compare it to? Perhaps make a video?? There is literally no videos on this light. I plan on getting this or swarm.
@@marcink99 I don't have a swarm fx currently but I've used one in the past. I like the look of this unit better and at a price discount over the swarm.
Thank you very much for your videos, I read about their safety Laser guidance not to point to audience, Please advise if this safe for Livingroom uses and Our eyes, and what best to avoid burn or laser point to our eyes, Thank you very much
I want to auto then I press enter, and then after flashing it shuts off
Anyone try this out with Soundswitch yet?
I love how all these chinese manufacturers make their shit in the same plant/copy eachother, the Orion ORFX107 is the exact same unit with the strobe diodes pointed outwards.
what stand do you have that on?
I believe it’s just a standard speaker stand with an O clamp!
no power out port?
Unfortunately not, as this is a more budget light, but I’d love if they’d include one. Hopefully next generation!
Great review!
