Funny vid.
According to their PR manager, the outrage was a problem with the servers not having a driver update and crashing. They then had to go through every server to make sure they were all updated with the latest drivers needed. At this time they also took the avenge of this to put a few new updates they wanted to put out anyways. They also updated the DDOS protection, and a few other things, but no it wasn't a DDOS-related problem. This is why its taking so long to get back up.
