Like here in this context. I try to find meaning, but I cannot comprehend it
Stunlock is when someone mentions a topic which zyox is annoyed by or has strong opinions on, such as hyperbloom sets being hard to farm, or the yae vs fischl debate. He then proceeds to talk about it for the next couple of minutes without doing anything else, similar to a character being stunlocked in place without the ability to do anything else.
12:21 this puzzle was actually so stupid. Ever since you first entered Chenyu Vale, EVERY OWL PUZZLE HAS THEM PLACED ON A GREEN THING. EVERY ONE. There's NOTHING in the gameplay mechanics that tells you that you can place them on OTHER PLACES. This is a perfect example of a puzzle that you're more likely to get right by guessing than by thinking through, which is already a solid 20% of Genshin puzzles
