Um because Mulan is the main character also when this song plays it's focusing on Mulan and how she grows. We can hate on the choreography etc but come come when this song plays we see Mulan going from sucking to even being better then the men on the team. It makes perfect sense for Mulan to dance this
Edit: also it's a kids song don't expect a difficult choreography lol. I also expected more from zero to hero but it's a kids song eh it's ok
