These are actually so cute on you❤️
I'm so jealous of how you can suit every hair style! love these braids on you! x
This is so unique...I've personally never seen any style like this before. I'm gonna have to try this out next. I like the versatility and the ability to use heat to style it differently! Thanks for sharing
I usual soak the hair in vinegar before installing to combat itch! It works!
They're lovely though. Great job.
you were the first ipsy girl I began following. I love how blunt and straight forward you are and you are very realistic. I love all of your videos
I'm so glad to see someone do these braids. I've been doing them like this and don't know what to call it lol they aren't just box braids or micros, they are half done and super fun! love your video's you are beautiful❤😍😚
Over in the UK. We call them pick 'n' drop braids
Someone already mentioned soaking the braiding hair in apple cider vinegar before installing, I agree. My head would always get itchy until I started doing this. Try 2:1 ratio of water:ACV. Also spritzing my scalp with pure 100% aloe vera juice (natural humectant) also helps keep my scalp moisturized when have braids or twists. I leave the oil for the ends of braids so I don't develop too much buildup on my scalp.
Your thoughts are all rambly and I love it! Hehe, you're a dream to listen to and your hair looks great! I've been wanting to try Carol's Daughter hair care for ages!! Just subscribed! ^^
I LOVE your braids! I need to practice so I can braid my own hair instead of going to a shop to get it done. Just gorgeous! 😍 💕
So close to one mil! Can’t believe how far you’ve come! #gogirl 👌🏽💕
Love the lighting and the background of your video and the hair looks nice too 😃
Graham :D I saw you over at MoKnowsHair too ;P
Love your hair I'm going to get my hair done like this and I'm going to CRINGE when I cut the virgin Indian hair off the track
The background is so cute! You’ve definitely inspired me to go for this look when my hair grows out a bit more!!
Jaleesa...I watch your videos because you and I have a very similar complexion and coloring. Your confidence and creativity with how you apply make up, create looks, and try different things with your hair helps me to 'see' other possibilities ♡♡. Thank you.
You’re my new fav. So cute! I’m getting my first tree braids tomorrow 💕
Love the way it looks on u !! 😻 now I want to try it! For the summer at least
Lip combo?! Plus, I never thought of using bundles to do braids..thanks!
I LOVE the braids! I wish my hair was short enough to achieve this look. If I attempted and left my hair out it would curl all the way back up! I need to find a way to achieve this look!!
This is what I was looking for!!!😍😍😍 the colour and everything
braids look so great on you!
The style and color is cute! You did such a great job, it doesn't look like your first time braiding! I want some braids now 😂
This is so cute and I love your hair color!😍
So cute and edgy! Love the braids!!!
THE BACKGROUND THOOOO!!!
Love it! What's up with your own hair? Can you do an update?
I know this is an old video, but I'm glad to find your version. I've never only seen people do this with the full curls. But I wanted a soft wave version. Yours is the first example I have seen to give me a visual of how it would look.
GURL you are slayin!
LOVE IT! I'm gonna try this.
It looks soo soo good on you .. And it does look very playfull..
I would like to do the same for the summer..
But I would like to know if it is harder to braid with the human hair .. And will it slip out more easily than the synthetic hair ?
I just found your channel and I’m loving your videos omg
You can find braid clips and beads at a beauty supply store. Your hair looks great!!!
That hair style I’m gonna try it out one day!

Your hair looks pretty!💕🙂
I love this hair! How did braid this because i want to do this. Does your hair grow with this kind of braids?
Your hair looks nice! You should've done a tutorial
Hey Jalessa!
Your braids are super cute! Really glad you are enjoying our Incredible Curls to keep that scalp supple and moist! It has many uses, wash and go's is another option, for when you take your braids out! You would also love our Moisture Mist and Scalp Nourishing Serum to keep your scalp healthy while you keep in your braids!

Love this look on you!
Love the braids! You make me wanna go back to 6 grade Latoya again! lol.. make-up tutorial on what your wearing!! PS: Love your face! PSS: my sister uses sea breeze on her hair, in a spray bottle. Takes care of those hit sweaty days and adds a little moisture.
...this style looks great on you! 😍
Thinking of getting this style myself 💕
Loving the new hairstyle!! Looks great :)
love it.it looks really good. u can rock any hairstyle.
Jaleesa, you look amazing!!!
Can I ask what camera/lens are you using? The quality is insane!!!
I think your hair is so dope!
The light😍😍😍😍
Sulfur 8 helps for itchy scalp with braids! You have to get past the smell but it really does help!
Hey! don't use too many products too often in your hair with the braids because it will cause buildup, which causes buildup knots at the root of your hair starting after new growth or braids loosening. My knots weren't too bad mainly at my front and back edges. You just have to comb them out gently. Maybe you can figure out a different solution to this. I just took my braids out today and thank goodness I only kept them in for only a month. My hair definitely came out some, which is probably normal because without braids during styling you lose strands of hair anyway. All I used was some vitamin E oil which I just dripped in my roots to help with the itchiness. I had medium size braids and loved them. I love your braids as well. Thanks for sharing!
Yes finally!!
you reference 'the studio' often. can you share more information about what your life is like in LA and where you film. thank you xxoo
Your makeup is gorgeous!
Wait...so you use wefted hair for BRAIDS? That's so dope. It looks great. I'd really like to see how you do it.
Excellent makeup look! Go for the tutorial.
Your Hair is soo nice!!! did this box braid style damage your hair after?
Also, I recommend, 2:1 ratio of water to apple cider vinegar(spray bottle) or tea tree oil for the itchiness. Sometimes braiding hair/extensions make your hair itchy. :)
Yes! Also, soaking the hair in ACV before installing to get off all of those harsh chemicals!
I love your braids and the cut you did on them.
Looks so cute !! U giving me ideas now lol
Ur hair is giving me life
Did you soak the braiding hair in apple cider vinegar before braiding? I know untreated braiding hair can cause itchiness for a lot of people.
You should try Top Brass for your scalp, the blue one. It's common in Jamaica for haircare :)
Love your skin!
LOVE IT 😍
Love your hair xx
Hey luv it Could be the Coconit oil making your Scalp Itching...
I notice when I put Coconut oil my scalp it itched really bad.
I love the look of the options you have with the hair.
I would love to try this style with human hair .
What other hair would you use or recommend? That is Affordable to get the same look...
And how did you achieve this? it will be good to take it through the steps.
How often do you wash your hair? You still need to wash your scalp and get all the oil and product off of it. Also I have heard that you should either soak or wash the hair you braid with prior too installing to help prevent the itchy scalp.
Super cute style!
Do a vid on this makeup look 😍😍
The cut & Color Is Very Pretty!~
Love it!
love this style. what lipstick are u wearing?
You look great and so does your hair. How long did this style take?
You look amazing!!!
😃
coconut oil makes my hair very soft with my braids but for some reason i can't put it directly on my scalp cuz it makes it itchy after a few dayz, on my braids ill use a regular grease or just cantu leavein
what is ur lip combo?? love ♡
okay. because I have very itchy scalp. have u tried washing it?
So pretty!😍😍😍
+Tiffgod thanks tiff!
you should try faux locs next time! I think they would suit you!
I was thinking the same thing!
Can you post a video about the twists you're now wearing instagram?
What about how you did it or if it hurt
Just wondering .. why didn't you use braiding hair to braid your hair why did you use wefted hair ?
They are micros and human hair last long
you can soak the braiding hair in acv and let it dry before you install the hair to relieve itching and also dandruff
and the smell doesn't linger once its dry
I still love this style
What kind of hair did you use? I'm trying to get my braids like this!!
Check the description box 😊
very pretty 😃 try
Peppermint Tea Tree Hair Oil by Eden body works. it will take the itch away. i used it when I had box braids it was the only thing that made it go away. the shampoo works great as well . you can get it from Sally's.
Girl if those are Tiffany earrings I can see why they are precious 😫
How long did it take?
I loooove thisss... the loose waves are so beach babe and sexy! I've been wearing my hair in braids for a couple of years now to grow out my hair after relaxers messed it up. I've been wearing my braids long, but i'm seriously considering a wavy bob braid style now!! xx
+GrapeSodaFanatic oh yes! You should try it!!
Washing the braiding hair in vinegar and water before hand is a must love. That removes the chemical on the braiding hair that irritates the scalp and causes terrible itching.
this is giving me Beyoncé vibes 😻😻
Because..... I don't know why 😂😂😂#storyofmylife
It looks so classy when it's shoulder length
It's SO beautiful and so is SHE 😍✨😍✨😍✨
how do you get your teeth white?
beautiful
You're on to something with this micro braid bob....interesting.
