The value of this work has to make even the most ardent believer in transatlantic. African slavery question their entire belief system.
Even if you continue to hold onto it like a child, not wanting to let go over toy they want their parents to buy, at least they understand the psychology of the people who would enslaved themselves
Also, for any person who is “white“ and perhaps find themselves onto this video, now you understand why the chalice propaganda of white supremacy has been given to you so readily for you to drink from.
How would a European who was white come to terms with a multicultural Europe, full of dark skin elites sending you across your middle passage to the Americas? What if you realize that all of your fictional stories of the US colonies was to make sure you never realize that you were the slaves . What if you realize that the story of roots was for you to take your memory of that horrible time and place it on a fictional story?
I’m one of the few people who have been a long supporter and listener to the work who sees its power of destroying narratives and falsehoods for a white European belief system. Most people focus on the so-called black. I focus on what this tells us about the system of world economics , that Europe engaged in and how all of this leads to the change that occurred in global slavery that they now change it made globally and now call it employment/at will.

Only thing I disagree with here,is its not about a specific people,BOTH or ALL were treated this way and it is about the rich so called ELITE and probably bloodline that rule over us and HAVE been ruling over us,its the very same people, families that have done this,not a specific shade of skin,ur still making it about RACE which isn't even a thing,that very same group of people MADE IT A THING for divisional purposes and can pull it out and weaponize with the medias and sm help!!

Primary resources don't exactly say who these European indentured servants were.
So instead, I try to find other information in data that remains consistent throughout history. Birthrates. Something you can extract from primary from resources dating back to Rome
Genetically, certain demographics don't have high birthrates. Which means trends in history that is usually hijacked and revised can be tracked
America is currently at 1.62. Well below the replacement rate of 2.1
Total fertility in the United States fell from 7.0 in 1835, one of the highest rates in the Western world at the time to 2.1 in 1935
The primary difference between the slave plantations in the American South (high birthrates) and Brazil where most of the slaves (Africans? very low birthrates) were transported.
When a certain demographic of birthrates rises; consistently throughout history a huge influx of immigration follows

That is only a small city. Who exactly were these indentured servants? (My family comes from a town 20 miles from Charleston Carolina) So I take a personal interest in who these indentured were.
Where these the same people who were having their lands confiscated in Europe or prisoners of war? (Thirty Years War)
Anyway, by the time of the Civil War, the immigration population began to explode. Who were these immigrants? Were they the same ones who confiscated our lands in Europe?
