Very nice!!! Can't wait to see some videos of the board in action as this seems like a great US east coast beach break ride if it's quick and speedy! I've always ridden wider boards and love them. The board I've been riding for the boards 5+ years is similar to this shape (8'5 x 31, quad, flat'ish rocker for speed, speed panels on the rails & square tail). These types of boards are a 1 board quiver IMHO. I have a wide 7'8" as well, but use the 8'5 95% of the time since I'm just a weekend warrior who doesn't get to ride every week. Nothing wrong with wider designs, as they have all the performance you need! Kudos on the graphics!!!! Classy and timeless!!!!! 🤙
I have a blurr v2 and i love it, i owned many other brands(jp,fanatic, naish, starboard ) and i m blown away by infinity quality , really something about the material that just feel different in the water.
@@detacheddad3396 both fantastic boards..depends really what you want, just a surf board then the wide speed, if you want a board for longboarding and small flat water then the other one. But both surf very well
seems like a simple question but really need a lot more info to properly fit you... a basic answer is at 200lbs 115L your feet will be wet but not under water... so you need to match the width with what comfort you want more than anything. then try and go as short as you can go within those specs.
I want to see this board in action to see the speed you mentioned
