Don't let the fact that art takes time discourage you. Anything worth doing, is worth doing well. Which means it takes time. Printers may be fast, but they can't do this! Our society puts too much value on having your wishes immediately satisfied! Go look at how much time it took to paint the Mona Lisa or the Sistine Chapel.
totally agree man. plus i also think society looks down on people who appreciate art when we humans forget without art we wouldn't have a way to express ourselves.

thank you for being this open and honest about art NOT needing to be 'right' or 'perfect' even to yourself - the focus on 'just commit to what you think could work' really helps with encouraging trying new things and pushing beyond what I'm comfortable with in my own art to try and make it better.
After seeing the art on it i'm 97% to 99% sure this is a "bootleg"? Third party colouring book and most of it is most likely traced over fanart
Edit: About the smudging of the lineart, what i like to do is print a copy of my lineart and that fixes the problem, at least i've never had a problem with the printed lineart. And you get to keep the original lineart intact

Those are definitely traces of official art and fan art! I recognized some of the fan artworks and I'm 100% sure those artists didn't give permission to use their work that way. I mean this one 4:04 is a trace of Nazo from old Sonic animation, it's kinda hilarious in a way tbh x)

Yeah definitely traced. Literally just Google “shadow the hedgehog cute” and it’s like the 10th or so image that comes up? Sucks to see small artists work get ripped off and used solely for profit

Tails, without a doubt my favorite character... maybe because I always was player 2 when I got introduced to Sonic back on the SEGA. So yea, forced into Tails, but to this day he's my favorite twin tailed nerd fox :D

Imo while super long projects can be tiresome, it's the fact that art is time consuming that makes it special. Not only do you have to be talented but you have to put in effort, and love what you do
Very well put. I tend to love the pieces that are more time consuming because I know how much effort it took and love of the art form itself.
LMAO The art make this book look like Amazon suggested you a coloring book from Wish. Stoner artists after too many chili dogs drew this. I agree that the Super Sonic one if done correctly had the most promise. To be fair, with that I could see you doing a mashup of DBZ and Sonic where you make him as Ultra Instinct Sonic.

This master piece went from looking from a normal coloring page. To an amazing 3d coloring. To Finally, a very advanced Cgi look. This Video really did blow my mind. Keep up the AMAZING work!

I've heard copic fineliners don't bleed when used with the markers. I'm not sure if you have them in Germany but I'd be happy to send you a few to try if it would help :)

I continue to be blown away by how even just one layer of the Graph it B markers is. Once they dry, you can't even see the brush strokes.

This reminded me of an art hack I wanted to share, shading eyes in blues is more visually appealing because it looks like the natural color of the sky bouncing off of the ground.

Wow! I am in awe of how you took the colors from the point where you did the layering with the markers to where you finished with the pencils. I loved the Sonic coloring page! I really enjoy your coloring book series and hope you continue to do more. I'm just starting to experiment with markers and am starting with coloring pages.
You know what? I have always wanted to learn how to use markers. And using a coloring book seems like a great way to begin. It's cheap, I don't have to think of what to draw, I can focus on techniques, experiment, make huge mistakes, have fun, and use everything I learned with my own art when I'm ready. Thank you, the result is amazing!
