Bro i am in 9th grade currently And I am sehr interested in learning German and studying in Germany for my bachelor's but I don't know what cost i have to save or how should I build my profile to get admission in German public university even I don't know where to learn German from ( I need a online platform to teach me till C1) . But i am hundred percent sure that I am gonna take pcm and prepare for jee to save my one year and I will study German oriented program.
I got so much information about study in Deutschland but I don't know what I should do at this point of my life.
My parents also want me to study in Deutschland as I am really determined although I am from middle class family

As you've mentioned, you're in class 9th. So the best thing you can do in these times is to learn German. There are plenty of CZcams Channels for learning German.

@R D I’ll answer to all your questions at just one go.
1st Answer: Yes if you clear jee adv, then you get the opportunity to apply directly in german universities. Even if you give jee in Sept and qualify it and you’re applying in 2023, it doesn’t make any difference. I mean you’re good to apply.
2nd Answer: The amount that you mentioned is pretty much enough for your entire bachelors (provided that you’re doing part-time side by your studies)
3rd Answer: First of all your 10th does play any role in the entire process. Secondly i think 85+% overall would be a nice score to get into any university. Just remember one thing, german universities are easy to get into (for bachelors) but pretty much tough to study and write exams at.
