- Court has adjourned for the day in the bail hearing of Bafana Mahungela who is accused of murdering Kirsten Kluyts. It's now confirmed that Kluyts had been pregnant at the time of her murder.

Murderers often do. Well certain ones like serial murderers are likely to tell people as opposed in fact to saying something. So they are most likely in the sense of both more then other kinds of murderers but also in terms of actual performance, they WILL in fact tell someone, not they are more likely. That is how they are oft caught given you're serial, talking is how they catch you, not evidence or floppy criminality. Serial killers hide well in SA given lacking resources especially because SA is the worst country to be a woman and so surely serial killers do hide well because multiple women are murdered PER DAY in SA but the amount to perpetrator arrested are not even on par. How do we because the rape and femicide capital of the world? Lack of knowledge of rape and rapists as well as criminal behaviour brought us here, patriarchy aside. Lastly this happens to black women all the time, If you listened to women as they whisper about thier perpetrators you would know that they are a dime a dozen same as the rape survivors, the murdered women cannot talk obviously. If you poked at the men you will see too, they do talk, you just have to want to know the answers and nobody does, who wants to face the fact that half of SA men abuse women in more ways then one? If you heard those stats today what would you do? Verify to them? Start a campaign? Refute their legitimacy? This proceedings is very fair and just although its an bail hearing, whether the accussed is guilty or not, there has been none interjection from the magistrates side , the defence was given ample time to present their side why the need bail its unfortunate that the bail presiding magistrate will not trial this case but nonetheless even if it was a trial this way of conduct is the respect of the decoram of the court unlike senzo case concerning judge Ratha...
