Obviously don't make an enclosure for a monitor lizard out of chicken wire, they will cut up their noses. The wire needs to be coated, and maybe put a fiberglass screen for mosquitos. Conventional screens are not hazardous like rigid steel screen are.

Idk about quince monitor but mangroves seek cold areas of their enclosure. So they need somewhere to cool down too
