I’m loving this fast maturing into her voice and style Angelina, now interacting with the crowd, telling us her thoughts and her feeling Matching her movement/ hand gestures to her singing.. this is just as important as her singing is, trust me.. all the other elements in AJ’s Arsenal is coming together, I’m telling y’all, you ain’t seen nothing yet Y’all wait tell she turn 19 going into her 20s.. she’s already been here but by age 19 she would’ve arrived arrived.. Her look and style+ vocal sound will merge into one, up to this point, they( her voice and look) have been like separate entity’s, because her vocals is like, way ahead of time but sounded like something from the past, specially when you close your eyes, only to open them to see a child.. at 19, AJ life experiences good and bad will inevitably impact her singing + style and persona.. I believe she will always be a beautiful old Soul but her Morden day life experiences will be new to her, how she deals with modern day life experiences and how it will effect or impact her music, only Time will tell, but I’m here like everybody else, very intrigued with this story of Of a young legend in the making.. hopefully I’ll be Still around to see all the growth and changes.. Long live The Barefooted Princess of Jazz/ young Musical Gatekeeper. I have more gems to drop but I’ll wait an till the right times to share my thoughts.. it’s about adding missing elements to her Musicality. She needs to travel to certain Locations closers to the equator and immerse herself into certain cultural musics were the drums and other sounds are very Rhythmic and free flowing, once she get this musical secret art, it will be forever merged into Her Musicality And complete her musical growth and allow her to grow and expand Musically even more..

I agree. Have seen all the members except the drummer playing with her in several clips going back a few years. She does look comfortable with the guys. They probably treat her like their little sister not their boss.
@@lengould9262 Perhaps I should have worded it differently, like "gentle boss", or "gentle leader". I know she's been playing with them (except the drummer) several times in the past and the atmosphere had always been playful. The guys were certainly not offended by the looks of it. :-)
Hardly the same person on-stage. Encourages crowd noise, redirects the band, even her comfortable re-mounting of the mic in the middle of a song. She clearly feels comfortable onstage now. 👍💗💯
... and so generous with her encores, last night. I think she was amazed at her reception ... especially she thanked so many fans she'd heard had travelled from around the world to be there. My favourite version. Nice, how she waited for her band, when they failed her at the crescendo point... Real professional. Even great established artist are often shaky in live performances. Angelina's performance are often compared to highly produced studio recordings, a bit unfair. But it is done, because her live performances have are so good, that some are trying, to find a hair in the soup, while getting urged, to make these comparisions.
I put off watching her videos for a few months and After finally getting into Angelina this week, I can’t get enough. I have listened to probably 48 hours of her music this week. She is phenomenal.
people ask how she can interperet songs that seem to be beyond her life experiences with such passion and conviction, and the answer is she relates it to her own life experiences as her dedication of this song to her ailing grandmother whom she loves incredibly deeply exemplifies.... sending prayers and healing vibes to her grandmother Mery Zamani....

Wow this is a really nice video! Great angle and lighting. Did anyone notice that little mistake she made, that she covered beautifully? After being at Kongsberg, I’m thinking that one of the main ways she needs to be promoted is as a live performer. I had seen hundreds of great videos of her performing live, but I was not prepared for the much bigger impact of actually being there. Republic records should have some line like “if you haven’t heard Angelina perform live, you haven’t heard Angelina Jordan.” Just a phenomenal, phenomenal performer.
Shame you couldn't be there, Chris ... if Kathrine had kept shooting at the end of every song in this set list, you would have seen AJ visibly overcome by the tremendous cheering, stamping and whistling reception, which just went on and on ... young and , of course, older fans ... many locals and significant numbers of Angels from around the world ... she even commented about the fans she knew had travelled specially to be there for her last Norway show ... I would describe the atmosphere as electric. I spoke with Sara and she said AJ and the whole team were surprised and delighted at the capacity audience ... saying "It's sold out!" as if that was a surprise ... 🙂 R (Australia)

Best concert I´ve ever been to in my life! She had me crying several times, even after the concert! The sound was even better than on these recordings. I hope she comes back next summer, this place is just a couple of hours drive from where I live.
Hi Kat. Judging by your surname I gather you must be Norwegian or, at least, from the area. I'm Danilo from ROME Italy and I'm an Angel. I was in Kongsberg on July 7th. It's been the day of my life. I found very touching the dedication AJ did to her grandma (perfect song for it). We all know what Meri Zamani means to Angelina. She is her guiding light and spirit. She saw her potential since she was a toddler and together with Sarah, Michael and the rest of the family she nurtured Angelina, helped her to grow from a chrysalis to a beautiful butterfly to a barefoot princess and now to a QUEEN.
She’s singing it with ease. When she did the tribute when she was 13, you could tell at the end that she was running out of breath. Not the case now. If she can sing this song easily, don’t think there is any song too big for her.
Thank you so much Kathrine for another wonderful Angie gem. It's so nice to see her with at least 1 flower in her beautiful thick hair. (did you ever get to go back stag & meet her?)
First of all doesn’t anyone see that Angelina’s uncle and Juliette aren’t in Norway with Sara and Angelina. Second Angelina and Sara were on the first flight out after the concerts back to the States. As far as the band is concerned they know her, been performing with Angelina since she was a baby, in her earlier rehearsals she plays with them like any child would making funny faces and carrying on. Yes since 8 Angelina has always known how she wants to sing a song. Everyone knows that Mery has always been there for Angelina, and by not being in Norway with her something wasn’t right.
Maybe I'm wrong, it might just be her normal way, but it seems to me that Angelina is struggling with her dress (possibly afraid she'll trip?). Still it certainly doesn't take away anything from her wonderful vocal presentation.
As brutal as this may sound, keep the piano player and the drummer. Some newer (younger blood - non mercenaries) in-sync, instrumentalists, who can do both classic jazz, but still tackle a fresher sound effortlessly. It could do wonders for the entire Angelina live experience. Angelina you're becoming so much more comfortable on stage. Not a fault in everything that I've seen/heard this month. You're a pro! That'll take you beyond. Lastly, for shits and grins . . . what if you were to hit them with "Gloomy Sunday"? I bet they'd fall up off their seats! I know I would! xxxooo
You really don't know Angelina then these people have helped her all through her utube videos and She is very respectful and loyal not like most in the music industry. And they are very good musicians .

I listened for the mistake and didn't notice. She definitely covered it like a pro.
She was out of sync at 04:50. As far as the lyrics go, I couldn't make them out as her voice was drowned out by the bass most of the time.
