even tho i'm plat now fighting masters when i was in bronze was hell lmao. not to mention the brain dead teammates you get all the way through. literally which bot dev thought this was genuinely a good idea. and the fact that you can't even check what rank they are? LMAO i just know some dev got bullied for being bad in ranked and made his dream rank system.
yes you should 100% be able to see your teammate's current rank so you know how to play around them, if they're preds then you should trust them to win the fights and play aggressive and if they're bronze you shouldn't
i think they made it so you are not able to see theyre rank so that people can stop complaining about the game's shit sbmm, they will say they made sbmm better but you will not be able to counter sht that you get low rank teammates because you cant see their rank
you can check your teammates ranks when in lobby after a match. Instead of inviting them to lobby u can right click and it will show player card and rank
This is how most other games do ranked.
@@viktordelacroix6208 you should also consider how your teammates will play around you. what if the preds play more passive because you're in plat or the bronzies play aggro expecting you to do it too

It doesn't matter if you're bronze, silver or masters. If your K/D is positive then your MMR is pretty much pred if the matchmaker is anything to go by. Plat and below lobbies only exist for people who have negative K/Ds.

the mmr is really weird, only got like a 1.2/1.3 ish kdr on my main, but I match tons of cheaters and pred 3 stacks but on my smurf which is is gold or something I get diamond shitter lobbies even though I have like a 2.6ish kdr

Dude I’m having trouble getting out of damn bronze cause there’s damn master ranks in my lobbies droppin 10 ks. As well as crap teammates . I had 5 kills 2 assists and came in second place and only got 182 points. Like what? They can’t ever get the rank system right. Last season it was too easy. Now it’s such a drag

I’m platinum at the moment and are getting bronze players for teammates you literally have to 1v3 every game it’s unfair for good players to solo queue
rank means nothing in this season, when 97% players still below gold and plat, while 1 out of 3 were master last season. I hit diamond recently but I don't think my silver teammates are bad. many of them are just trolling like I did, that's because I play pubs mostly from 9 season, and just don't care my badge are gold or some what
Like why is it -50 to start from bronze all the way up to gold and lose so much when you get demoted

So here's the dichotomy we're facing right now.
We've had so much done in the past, with ring changes, zone changes, poi changes, then ranked system changes, going from one end of the spectrum in a kill focused point gain system. Now we're in a system that promotes overall placement, and people are still complaining about it.
What would actually make you happy as a player? We already tried kill focused points, and people said that the game was too fast, people were trolling games just hankering for KP. And now that the point gain is slower, and there's a larger emphasis on where you drop, how you drop, and your rotations to avoid stupid mid-game grief fights. Imo this is the best system you can ask for, because you don't even need to go KP hungry to get kills. I can sit back, IGL my team for a fight early in an isolated POI, rotate to zone mid-game, and just collect my points, and i'm still averaging like 1k damage in a ***BAD MATCH***.

I made it to plat 3 within the first 2 wks of the season but honestly this season is just not fun. When I go back to my lobbies and see my last teammate’s where silver it’s frustrating. Not blaming my teammates by any means but I have a lot more on the line points wise than someone in silver. I pushed literally everything until I got to play and realized what this season actually is. Waste of time
