- In celebration of Monty Python’s 50th anniversary, we have released an alternative country and western version of the Monty Python track, ‘I'm So Worried’, entitled ‘I’m (Still) So Worried,’ with this animated music video, which uses Terry Gilliam’s original ‘Monty Python’s Flying Circus’ animation artwork, to accompany it.
The song, written by Terry Jones, was originally written and recorded for the Monty Python’s 1980 album, ‘Monty Python's Contractual Obligation Album’ with this alternate version only discovered this year in the Monty Python sound archives.
How prescient the track is! Footwear fashion can still hurt like hell, and the baggage retrieval system at Heathrow is still nightmarish. Broadcasters are still very happy to flood the schedules with repeats, although that's including lots of Monty Python recently, so no complaints from us. The worry about "all the things that they dump in the sea" is now, at long last, a serious situation that we should all be worried about, and one that is finally being addressed by international governments: nearly forty years after Terry Jones wrote this song. He is clearly something of a prophet.
The single is available from - MontyPython.lnk.to/ISW

Imagine archeologists finding this a hundred years later and trying to explain it
They would definitely try to find some religious content.
Archaeologists have recently discovered what they are calling a “steam locomotive”, that has been carbon dated to be at least 100 years old (wow!) They are perplexed as to how it works, and to this day it still remains a mystery.
This video is way over a hundred years old!
Explain?
Well I can bet you they won't play this song on the radio.
Let’s not go to Heathrow, ‘tis a silly place
It's only a model.
@@arno_nuehm Shhh!
I gave Heathrow two opportunities to mess my luggage up, because this song had me so worried. They didn't!
No but I'm worried that they can't put in a bench and a place for you to rest your feet
This was worth waiting 4 days for. Unlike my baggage when I had to retrieve it from Heathrow.
Bloody baggage retrieval.... grumble grumble grumble....
I love the cries between the words "so" and "worried".
😂
How can 40 years nearly pass and nothing change
That's by design.
The great old one plan this out?
Except now the world apparently has Trump hair.
@@kkyarrick doubt that even he would be so cruel.
The more things change, the more they stay insane
Rest in Piece Terry Jones. Ill send you alot of Spam in heaven since we will all miss you as of late.
Thank you Terry.
Terry Jones, genius and not just for Monty Python but Ripping Yarns and Medieval Lives and more recently as the director of Absolutely Anything. Now that’s what I call a Renaissance man.
Well, I'm not worried about anything!
(immediately crushed by giant foot)
He's right. That baggage system at Heathrow is terrifying; you never know if you're suitcase will show up or not.
I remember listening to the slow version when i bought Monty python's contractual obligation album. It had me in stitches. There was a pub i used to go to years ago with my mates and they had Always look on the bright side of life on one of those old jukeboxes. On the b-side they had I'm so worried. We used to put it on the jukebox about 4 times every time we went to this pub. It used to drive everyone in pub round the bend. We just couldn't stop laughing. In the end if we put it on they would just turn the volume off. That song brings back some good memories. Love this version and the video.
20+ years and I'm still singing along with the song :)
Love this update. Brings me back to my non stop spinning of the Contractual Obligation vinyl.
I hope that he's not worried about the bagage retrieval system in heaven.
Alright now. Shut this down. You're being very very silly.
I believe the ghost of Graham Chapman has taken over your account!
Monty python got me through some things you know. I love you guys ❤️ still as witty and intelligent to a new generation as you were to the last 💖
He is not a prophet! He’s a very naughty boy!
I always loved this version. All my thoughts and prayers to TerryJ
Maybe he lost his memories, but he will ALLWAYS be a big part of our happy memories!
Only the best for him and his family!!
What the hell are you talking about? It's never been released before.
@@iaincowell9747 ???
This song is a new version of the song from 1980...
It’s a bonus track from one of the albums
Terry, you were great. Rest in peace.
Thanks, but I'm still alive. :)
Python were visionary’s
Also visionaries.
@Stouffer I always debate if someone's autocorrect actually somehow magically did it (unlikely with this) or if the horrible state of education means that roughly 50% of the current English speaking population actually DO think that apostrophes really do precede every use of an S at the end of a word.
WileyCoyote69 Your bieng verry s’illy
@pavo6503 damn straight you should.
Of all the concerns, he seems worried the most about the baggage retrieval system at Heathrow.
7 days ago I was listening to the original. This is cool :o)
I say Terry Jones is not just a prophet, he IS the messiah! And I should know, I've followed a few...
Having seen the Heathrow baggage claim in action first-hand, and retrieved my baggage from it, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. The only baggage issue I had at Heathrow was at the end of the trip when I wasn’t allowed to take the plastic Viking sword I bought at the British Museum with me on the return flight to O’Hare.
Also, we missed our flight from O’Hare to Shuttlesworth and had to take a rental van the next day, but at least we got to stop by my uncle and aunt’s place in Tennessee on the way down.
And fortunately, the sword was the only souvenir I wasn’t able to take home.
Monty Python always delivers, unlike the Heathrow baggage retrieval system probably designed by a witch or some silly French.
Brilliant again, as always! I’ve always so worried about that someone always who watches and gives a thumbs down to stuff on here!
"And now for something completely different."
God damn what a great version, missing Jones so much, he was so effing brilliant.
RIGHT , STOP THATS ITS SILLY...
AND now for something completely different
The theme song of 2020.
awesome! great job!
We still don't know the meaning of life
Well, it's nothing very special. Try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.
@@Psychol-Snooper well ...that's wholesome
@@andrewpap1146 You do not deserve access to Monty Python's CZcams channel. XD

Gracias por existir !
Would never have guessed this was Terry Jones singing (even with a gun to my head). Gone too soon...so lucky to have experienced his comedic talents. ❤☮🌎
great !
That was bloody brilliant! Nice animation work By Holly Gilliam. Like Father, like daughter,eh?
I thought Terry had done it. It seems JUST like his style.
To summarize: this is a song about a guy who worries about naked babies at the airport.
Yes it seems to be so. Reasonably Prognostic!
Awesome
It's been decades and I'm still worried about this song.....
You don't have to worry anymore, RIP
Anxiety Disorder anthem
Very nice
RIP Terry Jones
Talk about foresight! Look at the baggage retrieval system in Heathrow today!
Good job bringing Jones back to life! I'm sure it was harder than bringing old Chapman
....Erm, I hate to alarm you, but Mr. Jones is not deceased....
@@TheAskTrixieChannel Say it again
This aged badly …
splendid splendid
Hey. Have they done anything about that baggage retrieval system at Heathrow yet? I'm worried they haven't. Has someone got their number?
Jolly Good, Old Boy !!!
A new release from Monty Python. I don't know how to accept it. I closed that part of my life where they were active and vibrant. It was sad and I genuinely cried and even baked a cake and ate it so I could move on. For some reason the words of Patsy Stone from AbFab come to mind, "Would you just die!"
Cheer up.
Only Cleese, Idle, Gilliam, and Palin to go!
damn it it's infectious, now I'm worried about their baggage retrieval system
Hooray for Terry Gilliam.😂
Cool video
I am so worried that this song will be a hit song. But then again I am a sucker for songs.
I've been there, I've definitely been there before.
Dear Sir, I object to that last song, and the following comments about it😂
Andy Leclerc Dear sir,
I am over 3000 years old and quite mad.
I would like to see a scene on tv with two people in bed.
Terry Jones RIP
I love Monty Python so much, that I'm literally at a loss for words on how I feel about this song.
BTW, I flew in & out of Heathrow twice, never a single problem with my baggage :)
RIP

THE BISHOP!
RIP Terry Jones.
RIP Terry J.
Originally done in the early 1980s but so worryingly poignant! Makes you want you too weep
I'm so worried about that!
This version was done in the 1980s, but the original version was done in the early 70s.
Meaning the song is nearly 50 years old, and yet completely still relevant. Shows how much the world actually changes, huh?
This makes less and less sense as it goes on, and I LOVE IT!!!!! :D
Next we need "I Like Traffic Lights".
I'm so worried that they didn't realise that this very version is on my cd of Monty Python Sings which I bought over 10 years ago.
No it's not.... Monty Python Sings has the orchestrated version from Contractual Obligation.
Story of my life.
How is everyone today?
Worried :-( ...Yet watching Monty always helps! Thanks!
I'm alright. How are you? :)
Mostly okay, a bit worried thou.
I’m high af and just got this as an ad
I'm sooohooohohoa wuh wuh wuhhhhhoorried about how its been like 30 years and the problems are not only still relevant, but many are reaching a boiling point. This is amazing though.
Here’s to Terry Jones!
I know he’s had some health issues of late.
I don’t know what kind of a man I would’ve turned out to be if I didn’t discover Python around the age of 11.
I owe a lot of my make up as a person to the art and humor of Python!
This is aging so well
Not much has changed
Rip Terry Jones
Good thing they didn't know about the dirty knife.
Holds up...
Accurato è dir poco
I so worried about it all...oh shit...wot to do to help....
Terry Jones is SO HOT when he plays piano
Anyone who doesn't find Monty Python funny needs a rectal examination.
I find the Pythons funny, but I am also happy to have a rectal examination.
1:55 Thats Chapman, right?
What I worry about the most is all those gigantic, radioactive penguins starting to pop up everywhere. Where did they come from? What do they want? How can we appease their savage lusts?
And worst of all, they taste terrible. Damn them!
Damn them I say!
Oh, and farewell for now Terry.
I'll see you soon enough.
I’m a Gen X’er and used to fully support the “Ok Boomer” meme, but if Millennials and Zoomers can’t appreciate Monty Python, then bugger you all, I can’t wait to watch the world burn. 🌎 🔥
Who told you milennials can't appreciate it? Poppycock
I'm a Zoomer. Monty Python is a real jam.
What is it with the baggage retrieval?
There's a bishop on the landing...wonder if he's worried...😋
0:26 its funny cause Gilliam actually did it

What's wrong with the baggage retrieval system at Heathrow?
Something to be so worried about.
This is stupidly worriesome video.
Nice new song & I’m so worried about CZcams because of COPPA and the power of the big governments.
1:51 is that fucking Conrad Von Hötzendorf?
needs more jazz reharmonization
Too silly
Not a fan of the music change from the strings to this. Will have to play the original while watching this later.
