Is the red paste pepper puré? Which spices were those? I'm guessing salt and chilli powder or paprika, but which is the brown one? Cumin? The herb is parsley, I caught that much. Uncooked rice, I think.

This recepie i still remember from my Childhood years, when i helped the Mother of a Turkish friend in the Kitchen made Sarma👁️🗨️💬 she then used pilav rice and Leaves from a Grape plant ; big healthy grape leaves she Choose and we both made Sarma and it was Delicious 🥲. @@radwaibrahim9276 and May I add the tastiest how i know this because later in life i made Sarma Rolls from Other white Cabbage leafes and you Could taste the difference since i had cuz i bought 2 large dried Grape leaves and had placed them a night in a bowl with just a lille bit of water. The other day they were grown and almost fresh plucked from a Vineyard . And they were much thinner than the sarma with them cabbage leaves. Я делаю из разной капусты: и из пекинской, и из обычной белокочанной. А если еще перед тем как поместить в духовку голубцы слегка обжарить, то получается еще вкуснее. И заливку делаю иначе, в виде зажарки из лука, моркови, сладкого перца, томатов, зелени, специй и воды. Вкусно 😋👍
Мы в Ростовской области всегда так делаем. Хлопотно, конечно, но гораздо вкуснее.

La mine in Romania, in unele zone se mai pune in oala cu sarmale, slanina afumata sau carnati si apoi se pun la gatit.

Ben her zaman yaparım yaptığım şekilde İç malzemesi Pirinç,soğan, salça,domates, maydanoz,karabiber, kimyon,nane, kekik,sıvı yağ, tuz,bol limon suyu,(yağlı kıyma seversen içine ekle) hepsini karıştırın.sonra lahana, üzüm yaprağı,dut yaprağı bunlardan birinin seç haşla fakat çok yumuşamasın erimesin sıcak suda.sonra iç malzemeyi içine koy sar.kaynatılmış suyu üzerine dok. ister tencerede ister fırında pişir.kullanacağin pirinç çok su çekiyorsa yemek yapımaya başlamadan önce ılık suda beklet.

What are the spices used? Very similar to the Stuffed Cabbage we make at home.
I don't know, I'm guessing here, but I think that's salt, chili pepper or paprika, and cumin. The herb is definitely parsley. And I think the red paste is pepper puré.
