어렸을 때, 할머님 댁에서 누런 강아지 한 마리를 키운 적이 있고, 옆집의 흰 고양이에게 우유를 먹인 적도 있어요. 이사를 갔을 때는 검은 강아지 한 마리를 따로 키우기도 했어요. 수십 년 후에는 또 다른 누런 강아지를 새로 키우고 있어요. 사촌 동생이 키우는 고양이가 저희 집에 와서 강아지와 놀 때도 있어요.
