    Awesome job and glad that it works for you, I'd have hydraulic fluid spraying all over the place. Take care and have a blessed weekend.

    Those caps are like the ones on my Kubota, and I really like them. I wish the Pioneer update for the IH-1086 had those kinds of caps. The IH-1086 has a rubber plus that doesn't keep dirt out and they tear. Then you have to dig it out so you can make the connection.

      I like how they snap open and stay open. Those rubber plugs are a joke. They don't last.

    Yeah, when i get a new tool, seems they always have Pioneers, so i change the tips and now i have some extra Pioneers lol. No leaks! good work, the one handed snap ring installation was impressive 😎. Those are nice! I wanted to put shut off valves on mine but i was too cheap.

      Yeah we have whole bucket of tips and adapters and I think there's even an old international tip in there yet. I believe this kit would fit your tractor if you needed it and then you could change everything all back to pioneer lol

    You did a great job ag Wild !

      Thanks Scott. It'll work on a 4320 also. I may do it to that one too.

    That didn't look to complicated at all. I have tractors with Pioneer and some with JohnDeere and the same with implements. I have a big can of the adapters. Pain in the ass. I wish everything was Pioneer. In my opinion they are the better system. Thanks for sharing my Friend. Your channel is always interesting! Have a good night.

      Thanks. It was pretty easy. 55 and windy today. Snows gone except for the deep piles

    I originally thought those looked kinda funny but looks like a nice upgrade. I have a couple that need that treatment 👍

      Yeah they stick out a little bit but I don't know I think it'll be all right.

    it's a lot handier but not cheap, I like your torque wrench the same kind I use on most every thing.

    • @AgWildNebraska
      @AgWildNebraska  Před 6 měsíci

      I know they're not cheap but maybe eventually I'll save enough hydraulic oil to justify it.

    Fun🙄
    Back in the day... When we had both, we finally put Pioneer couplers on all the implements and JD was kind enough to make an adapter from the old JD to pioneer. They were really short. Didn't cost much and worked good. We left them on the tractor.
    The biggest advantage I see to what you are doing, you don't have the old JD O rings!! Those things failed all the time!! We had a little ziplock bag of them in the service truck and in the ashtray on the tractor. Maybe they'd make it a day, maybe a week.. maybe even a month.
    Honestly haven't changed but one or two O rings in the pioneers in literally 40+ years.

      Oh yes, I got adapters that go from pioneer to John Deere and then I've got adapters that go from John Deere to pioneer. What a bunch of crap!.

  • @GosselinFarmsEdGosselin
    @GosselinFarmsEdGosselin Před 6 měsíci

    Hey.. there's the adapters..🤣😂
    I thought they made direct drop in replacement couplers that fit in the housing and didn't stick out.

      Yeah they do but it's the same damn thing that leaks on those so I eliminated all that and did this.

    You did it and not even one cus! I want to get a set for our 4020. What brand are they? Thanks for showing the install, now i don't have to find the other guys video lol.

    • @AgWildNebraska
      @AgWildNebraska  Před 6 měsíci

      I ordered right from Wapsi. They even have them for the old 10 series like a 3010, 4010. Yeah you don't have any need to watch that other guy anymore.. The only problem was the post office took their sweet ass time getting them to me. I think they took a couple days off.

      Oh yeah it's in the title of the video 😂 hope mine goes in as easy. Thanks again

      Apparently it's a permanent solution to the leaky messy ass ends of those tractors.

      @AgWildNebraska is that claw hammer a craftsman by chance?

    • @AgWildNebraska
      @AgWildNebraska  Před 6 měsíci +1

      I doubt it. I think it's the cheapest pile of crap sold at Menards.

    Is this your 4430? I’m surprised it’s got 3 remotes
