Hey Daley, my man, been a subscriber for a long time. Yeah, first person mortars actually do work, but I don't remember first hand if there was a special shortcut combination for that or if you just keep scrolling in like you do with tanks, because at least when I was doing singleplayer skirmishes with AI, I was playing as the Germans and when you go into "mortar view", it's kind of an "eye in the sky" kind of camera and it helps see what is going on. Obviously make sure you position them accordingly before you start raining down fire or else you'll either get them shot at by the enemy or you'll accidentally blow yourselves up, but you have experience, why am I telling you this? If there's ever a time you need help with Call to Arms, just let me know, I've played just enough rounds in SP and with a friend to know *kind of* what I am doing and enough to kick some butt.
And also, yeah, I hear you. I waited until just earlier this year to get the game, but I researched the controls a bit and I'm still learning. It's still very fun. The first person mortars can end up being especially brutal when you figure out how they work. If I figure them out, I'll let you know.

I joined the Daley crew for Rico's Brigade and Army Men: Civil War, but the rest of the content has been especially fun to watch as well. I appreciate you trying to expand out a bit and I don't think you'll regret it, either. I, myself, am trying to get different content on my channel (I haven't uploaded in ages!) but one of the things I've wanted to do were custom Men of War/Call to Arms battles as well depicting my own fictional scenarios, whether it is alternate history, sci-fi, or what have you. I want to do more Arma videos also.
I have a lot of ideas. You, Kon0a, MightyMapper123, I can't even list all the people who have inspired me to make more videos. I'm trying to get my life a little more in order first before I properly dedicate my time to this, because certain family issues (which I cannot go into on public channels) have been preventing me mentally from doing that as of late. Anyway, sorry for the long story here, but yeah the mortar thing should be easy to figure out by the next time you do another CtA WW2 video...

M3 Lee/ Grant was to combat the new kinds of panzers and the little turret on the top was to kill the german soldiers and the main gun was to destroy any panzers it was suppose to be a tank destroyer.
I think you should have set up defences on the other side of the bridge.

You should try doing this again and do better and the M1 Garand was not bad, it was commonly used and was accurate and has long range
Maybe, but that was a whole lot of enemies even by minute 29 and it appears that they just kept coming without any allied backup or time-limit to the "don't let them cross the bridge" mission. I am sure that he could have done better, but that does not necessarily mean that he could have won even if he had the same number of troops at minute 39 as he had at minute 25.
