- Old 2002 Vintageskidoo video my son and I filmed of the Eagle River VINTAGE World Championship Derby races. I spent a few day editing and correlating all the classes from relic classes 1971 or earlier and others classes with new sleds up 1973 sleds. NOW THESE ARE TRUE TIME MACHINES!!

Alouette puissance & performance! (30 avril23)
That Cat in the 340 fan final is way faster than the rest of the sleds in that class??? HHMMM
Congratulations RotaxHead - I worked at Bombardier on the Blizzard and later was chief designer on the Thunderjet and other production sleds 72-73 - A pleasure to see these 30 years later...still running good and noisy! I'm 72 now and still enjoy that music!
Jacques B. Poirier Great to hear from you Jacques.. Thank you much for kind comments. Have owned several Sno-Jets back in the day.
Long day this took my mind off everything for few minutes
David Crawford
Good to hear we went through great deal of work to produce this video as simple as it appears.
Ted Otto was a great flagman
Wow, I can't believe this was 16 years ago..... Boy has my voice changed from then to now... but I had so much fun announcing in Eagle River for about 30 years.... But I'm still looking great!!! ha ha .....
Thanks for this! Awesome work!
Scott Klein for the win in 340 sport! Jon Trez 2nd in 440 sport, Lloyd Riggs on an 800, Fred Smith is still fast, and 5 ski doo singles in 340 fan.........GREAT video!
is that first race winner a Merc or a Yamaha ? damn fast for a single.
Do you have a copy of the race I could get??? Ronn Krueger the announcer....
NOPE
Do you have the 2002 semi pro championship?? My dad won it
It is a shame that the home boy's rules were meant to suffocate the Yamaha's. Fun to watch just the same.
Where’s Mike Trapp on his 433 Yamaha??
Gilles and Jacques Villeneuve were awesome in those days
I was 75 on the artic cat
Remember hearing your name by race announcer.
