And how do you dry your clothes at this place, without a dryer? I assume that you don't hang them out on that narrow balcony? I'm guessing that a typical resident would depend upon others for basic services, like laundry, and outside food pickup?

Without some idea of the local amenities (basic shopping - to buy food and household goods), it's hard to imagine living here. Or perhaps most of the residents depend on local help for all of their needs?@@nguyenvan7470

There is nothing luxurious about that apartment, it's very basic and way overpriced. For that money I would expect bigger rooms, a seperate kitchen and dining room and more modern furnishings.
Kinda amusing how she's making up stuff just to keep talking and praise the place. Everything very luxury and beautiful and guess what, it can be used for its obvious purpose. Great. Everyone agrees that the place is overpriced. They're clearly looking for someone to dupe.

New apartments are much bigger in Vietnam compared to Thailand and usually much cheaper too. This one seems overpriced. It’s nice though.
