100k you're too generous. 60 to 70k. I know it's beach front but that means a receding coastline over time. And for 100k USD you should see what Thailand is offering for that amount of money. 100x better looking and bigger property BRAND NEW! and less than half hr drive to the beach. So, when hurricane season you don't necessarily have evacuate.

@@paratroopergirl4064 guys it’s not about the price. It’s about the benefits about ownership rights. Thailand you get a lease from the government. Belize ownership is fee simple. Thailand the give can kick you out anytime
