TM Hi Capa Gold Match needs a repair and upgrade

Repairing a Tokyo Marui GBB pistol Hi Capa 5.1 Gold Match, The slide has broken and is replaced with an EDGE HIVE light weight aluminium slide. This slide is the Hicapa 4.3 version and gives good performance and durability especially as the owner intends to use this with an HPA set up. #hicapaclub #airsoft #airsoftguns #airsoftupgrades #airsoftweapons #hicapa

Just starting (late) to get into Air Pistols... What is the point/advantage of a shorter slide other that weight reduction?

May i ask what brand is the 4.3 slide? Seems like its drop fit...no mods needed....

It's a 'EDGE Hive Aluminium slide'. You will need to change the outer barrel, guide rod and guide plug as the original 5.1 is too long.
