I see 'businesses' all over Ontario that are closed with no business...BUT somehow stay in their locations for years. Investigate ALL businesses like this.
Im willing to bet they used grants to setup as well.
Closed down businesses have tax incentives.
What would help is if the land registries were open, if you could see who actually owns a corporation, and if you could see their tax returns
Corporate secrecy does not encourage honesty. It encourages hiding crap and not filing returns
You would be surprised how many corporations don't file their annual returns, but they've got bank accounts and property, and they don't even file their tax returns.
@@YahWay.and what buddy 😂we work hard
Sounds like police state stuff to me
But withdrawal a few k in cash from your own account and the bank teller will quiz you "why?".
Because using EMT could cost me more.
They really cry when you want 100's she asked why big bills , honey u ever have a wallet? She got confused
@@johntitorii6676 My wife was quizzed recently getting cash to buy a used car. The dealer preferred interact but the bank's system denied that too.
For real. Its very obvious this country punishes innocent ppl and gives privileges and protections to criminals
bet they are migrants.
And so we should trust "the Law society" to sort this out?
I'd rather trust Colonel Sanders to baby sit my chickens.
I miss when being Canadian used to mean something.
I am literally the last Canadian
I am beginning to think that there is more criminal behaviour going on than actual honesty.
ya, if you look at the trudeau govt, it would be nonstop criminal behaviour
Where in the hell have you been? Under a rock?
@@beefwenceworth8275 No, just busy with my life. It wasn't until I started to see my neighbourhood change where the businesses that I used to go to leave and then all of a sudden new businesses opened with very little activity.......
Lawyers are scumbags
The NDP/Green's are scumb. No more NDP running BC or keeping elections hostage!
and then there are journalists...
LSO Has rules and regulations on this that lawyers ignore
Lawyers in UK have been doing this for decades.
Interestingly, the properties are not being purchased for habitation but rather to be used as collaterals for bank loans.
Money then borrowed from a bank is squeaky clean and can be used to buy legal businesses, stocks, government bonds, etc.
No one is surprised.
Old news😂 just look at Vancouver
Look at what specifically in Vancouver?
@@KaleighMacKay Housing crisis via astronomically inflated property value due to foreign investors buying up every condo unit and housing as a business which priced out local Canadians in the area.
What happened in Van is now the norm countrywide- we been sold out!
@@KaleighMacKay Organized crime...
Even in small town Hope, BC HAMC is way in your face. Canyon Cable, Sharon’s Deli, Owl Cafe, Owl Laundry, Washtub Laundry, Silver Chalice Pub, even Tina at the public library. All or owned by HA ppl or have HA employees.
Did someone mention the real estate business¿?
Hahahaha. Like it’s only limited to Canadian lawyers.
Are these Canadian lawyers perhaps from another country 🤔
ye prob the midle east oh no thosse are violant crimes asians id say
they are that for sure but calling migrants canadian is questionable
What about the ones working for liberal MP's to launder our tax money!
they are all from the Law Society of Ontario.
@@phonglam2018 sadly migrants can get in
Insurance companies are scumbags
I respect them alot more than journalists.
I have always got a fair shake with insurance companies. Can recommend Cooperator’s Insurance dealt with them for 8 years.HUD International in Hope and Chilliwack, BC sketchy oy vey.
Now you know why there's a huge housing crisis.
Better call Saul.
Came here to say that
Me too lol @avonord
So did I😂
Ya...I did
I'll go delete it
Sounds like it’s tied to the government
Directly tied to the government takeover of everything including real estate and lawyers and court benches.
TheNazisHad a playbook too
100% is
Of course, they open the doors and let them get away with it!
They all scratching each other’s backs
Why not! This joke of a country is already lawless! Let's all get in on it!
...you must be a hoot at parties and family gatherings... a real soul-lifter
@@Jigger2361 I tell the truth! Too bad if it hurts people's feelings!
Then leave lol
@johnwoods1161 How about you leave? You and your ilk have done enough damage.
@@beefwenceworth8275 my ilk??! 😂😂😂 You're stupid huh?
Obviously this has been going on for decades!
Been fighting against money laundering for over 20 years!!! How’s that going Law Society? If anything, it looks like the problem is only getting worse.
Really,what about Ukraine?
Wow, I am shocked. How is the Vancouver real estate market.
Lawyers in Canada have a free run
Rather deal with a gang.
They also have protection from….
This is not news, but a Prime Minister I know will say "it's complicated " We don't want to rock the boat, it might capsize our non existent economy.
Its taking over our economy and thus our country. We will be governed by organized international criminals. No doubt for the benefit of the Trudeau oligarchy
i'm impressed you know we have a PM
@@isabellacarter2863
He's hard to miss in his Aladdin costume.
@@grandmufftwerkin9037 What a childish response, try again!
PM Blackface. Twice he did that Amos And Andy thing and when asked how many times he did so did not answer. Racism even against Whites has risen noticeably under his govt as has crime. Glad some Liberal party MP’s realize he has to go as party leader.
Sounds very Trudeau.
So, our Federal Government is too
Politicians are the most corrupt lol
Not surprised! It's a mafia. The Canadian law is so soft. Nobody afraid, especially the lawyers, to be punished. Bail or bribe, and keep going 😅
Youll get the book thrown at you over a parking ticket before they get these criminals
no surprise here .this has been going on forever and worse crimes.
many lawyers should be serving time with their client.
What was the clicking on the video? It’s like I could hear someone clicking their mouse throughout the whole video 😂
Super weird fr
The wicked take secret bribes to pervert the course of justice. - Proverbs 17:23
Great Bible quote. Samuel the great prophet of the Bible had two sons who perverted the course of justice.
Funny that these journalists act surprised.
Yeah right. Ask them about how they made bank sucking off trudeau.
How else are politicians and cops suppose to get their drugs?
Some renters who abide by paying rent, keeping it clean are getting unlawfully evicted from Landlords who want more money.
What are the nationalities of these lawyers?
The Law Society is the one to blame
Disciplined ? You mean like going to bed without their supper.
this just in: lawyers are shady
Not surprised at all
Sounds like an ethics issue. Give them twice the length of the prison sentence.
...leaving it in the hands of law societies is a joke. That's simply giving the keys to the shop to the criminals
Put those lawyers in jails for life.
Or just deport them and their business from Canada.
Canadians should not be priced out of anything in Canada by foreign leeches on the economy.
Pulease. Put you in jail for life.
How about 15 years in the pokey and a 2 million dollar fine.
The self-righteous Lawyer belongs right under the meaning of "Liar" in every standard dictionary in the world!
I live in Eastern Ontario where Lawyers and Families are all related (in some way) and have their jobs in Government because of who they know, not because of what they know!
They're all lazy and own most of the land and rent out the houses and condominium buildings they own and there's never any safety inspections of any type done. If there is, it's a relative doing the maintenance (under the $table$) by those who are maintenance workers and they're all $rich$, but very poor in integrity sadly.
confirming what we know, how much tax money got wasted on this, better be fining them billions
2:38 what are "transacyions" fix that typo
Sheeyit!.. Better them than Trudeau filling his goddamn bulging pockets.
Ask any lawyer if this is even remotely uncommon or new...
Hell no. That would cost $500 and get lied to
Not surprising in the least.
This is shocking! Not. Where was this story 20 years ago when it started.
What is the difference between the government doing it and someone else.
They got more fire power.
Nothing in this world is honest and loyal. Everything and everyone is for themselves. This world sucks because of humans.
But run by non humans
what a scoop this has been going on for years
An estimated $113 billion is being laundered in Canada each year - driving up housing prices by 8% .
.
The lawyers help criminals?? But isn't criminal a synonym for lawyer??
Better call Saul
Shocked that lawyers would be helping to launder money.
True patriots!
A report was required to know this?
They should get mouses that don't make clicky noises
How are they gonna brainwash u then
Lawyers? Who knew? Don't forget Bankers and real estate companies.
Helping steal dad's money & kids too.... lawyers are dishonest for a living wtf do you expect😂
Sounds like how govt is talking
What a shock!!! I hear that some of the lawyers who defend drug traffickers are likely the worse and so many are dirtier than the clients they defend. They could care less about victims even children. It’s all about the money.
The corruption runs deep in this country.
Yes there def is corruption in this country.
So there are quite a few Saul Goodman's out there, are we all really surprised?
Say it ain't so, say it ain't soooo, BC is lost to the Triads because of it, Toronto is close too.
Hey there circus battalion. 😆
We needed an investigation to know this?
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Come on Canada 🇨🇦
Waste if our tax dollars.
What role do lawyers play in money laundering involving politicians and the lawfair we are witnessing in the courts esp. the 100's of mischief cases?
is it news thats common in here now a days 😅
Add to list, governments and banks!
Don't tell me, em indian lawyers
It’s like we know it to be true, how cringe is it to understand the reporters didn’t know abt it. And of course, JT will always say I’m “oblivious to it”
Looks like the crooks called "Saul"! 😂
Is not our Govt doing it to begin with? Look at housing market
In a position of trust and abusing it for gain. They need to be made an example of. But our toothless laws and huge evidentiary burden placed on investigators before they can press charges means justice is seldom served. When it is it can take years to wend its way through the bloated expensive inefficient judicial system. Just about every service has had to adapt to a rapidly changing competitive business environment. But not our Judicial system that is self interested in keeping the system the way it is as every step of the way the taxpayer cash register is pilfered.
Better Call Saul!
Canadian lawyers?
or Newcomer lawyers ...
I'm not sure ethnicity has alot to do with this Holmes.
NON arms length transactions
What a shocker the scammers are scamming? 😂
What’s with the clicking in the background
dont put money in laundry
If both lawyer and client are knowingly involved in money laundering or other illegal activities, then I feel that "all bets are off". Thus, they both should lose their "client/lawyer privileges" and be investigated and justice be carried as appropriate. Their actions undermine the legal system. Not all lawyers are dishonest. Though, it is concerning that this is happening more frequently in these past few years. Look at the alleged TD money laundering activities. TD is not the only bank allegedly involved in money laundering.
lol lawyers are not stupid, they know this
are you talking about private or public sector criminals?
Public Sector pay the $500 fine and do it again. Look at FJT
My experience with lawyers in Canada has been poor. They all seem comfortable with criminality.
Yeup cash will make em do anything
Yep!
The mouse clicking sound is really distracting. Get a silent mouse or move the mic away lol
You don’t say, what about the casinos?
Who put out this report I wonder.
Canadian lawyers or Quebec lawyers?
Should I keep going?
Lol this is news?!
They just pulled it out of their ass that morning. Just like everything else they put out.
insert picard mild shock meme
what's the big deal, best money launder is JT, made 100 million over ten years as Prime Minister, the best of the best hahahha lol
it was about time you wake up guys! I know that for at least 25 years.
"Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers." - There is nothing new under the sun... there was a reason lawyers were the most hated class of citizen...
That's journalists. Lawyers are just a tinge more respectable
Is water wet too?
Well these lawyers need to be disbarred
Yea someone got killed because of it. Now it’s more exposed. Beware
dont mention TD please
You should see and hear some of the gang and crime talk by B.M.O. employees in Richmond, Surrey and Chilliwack.
@@GregCarr-hl4me I’m just buying the dips, they’re not going bankrupt lol
