The I-15 corridor is a great cruise along the main Sin City corridor, and once Project Neon is done, it should be fairly free-flowing. The sunset transition was just perfect, I didn't realize it until now!
Definitely adding this one to my favorites!
The production is definitely better than it otherwise would have been due to your contributions. We got lucky with the lighting, just perfect! It was great meeting up with you, hopefully we can do it again someday.

You were very close to a couple spots I parked my truck at. Across the street from the In-n-Out was a casino that had truck parking and when you got off I-15 to turn around to head north again you drove right by the TA (Travel Centers of America) truckstop. Thanks for another trip down memory lane.

Oh man what a RIDE! Love the collaboration and I just LOVE VEGAS. I have never been there but it's on my list of cities to visit before I kick the bucket some day down the road! I have always wanted to go to Vegas- see the strip, the highways- do some slot machines at a casino- and dude- LOVE In-n-Out Burgers myself- been 23 years since I last had one! NICE ride- Impressed with the timing, the lights!!! WOW

Thanks for another awesome video. When I go to Las Vegas, I usually take the I-515 and go in the backway to the strip. The I-15 gets way too much traffic from the airport. Can't wait to go again!

Thank you for watching! That was actually my Halo 4 Emblem, but I no longer play that game. My Halo 3 and Reach emblems were similar, using a Champion Star with Red and Green, and to be honest I like the star more. But the H4 one does reflect my playstyle, always loved the BR/DMR. There's quite a bit to see when you return, you'll have a lot of fun!

Nice Night drive along the interstates and lite up guide signs(which all cities should have in their city center area)and 2 lanes to exit the freeway,it just sad to me that a few people don't use turn signals to change lanes,you must see this a lot(I-15 north to us95 north ramp)I am just glad and hope that during all of your travels across the US that you and Son are safe on these roads around impatence rush drivers,thanks always for showing Jim

Awesome collaboration to both FreewayJim and Rockersk08 on this one! I-15 has really changed a lot over the past decade. I remember when it was still only 6 lanes wide by Tropicana. Even more dramatic is the difference along I-15, south of I-215.
I really no longer recognize Vegas...it seems like every time someone uploads a new video, there's a few new additional casino-resorts going up. Perhaps I should visit and check it all out again, soon.

Thank you Brent! The LV freeways have been under constant change, and the end products have been quite impressive. Project Neon will change I-15 yet again, but definitely for the better. Don't forget the 215 Beltway, that's been moving quite a bit, and of course, the Strip also has improvement plans.
AWESOME video! Everything I saw looks as vibrant as I saw it live 2 years ago...minus the huge improvements made with I-15. NVDOT did great.
Also, the light pillar from the Luxor can be seen as far as 40 miles away? I made a trip to the California line and back to try something like that and ended with nothing...probably easier to see it from the north.

That was a cool night tour of Vegas. Do have to agree with you on the traffic jams that will occur before the interchange with I-515. I checked out FreewayBrent's version of this video and that proved it.

Those are taken from actual photographs I shot along the way, you can crop them out in almost any photo editing program (I use Lightroom 5).

Las Vegas, Phoenix or Albuquerque. Which one would you choose and why?
Depends for what? I wouldnt want to live in any of them (never been to Phoenix), Vegas is interesting to a point but I'm not into the party scene, Albuquerque is just kind of there. Probably Vegas because it's the closest to LA.
NYCer#786 Phoenix is the best because it’s bigger than Las Vegas and Albuquerque. On addition Phoenix has better infrastructure, education cost of life and even close to Los Angeles too.

when you were talking about how down in Vegas that even the In-&-out Burgers gert Neon for the signs, I just had a McDonalds completly rebuilt after the old store survived being here at least 40 years, I happened to ask one of the main people of the build whey are they leaving the originial free standing sign and not making a new one, then I asked, why not make a neon one like the ones down in Vegas, then he told me, bet you dont know this, but one of the neon signs cost at least a Million Dollars, only Vegas can afford signs like that.....LOL

There's a city called Macau. Macau is a remake of Vegas. But the hotels are different. If you want to go to the Remake of Vegas. Go to Hong Kong. Then to Sheung Wan then take Turbo Jet or Cotai Water Jet. Your choice. To go to the ferry use MTR.
