    Lidls are very good at honouring their 3 year warranty... I've bought lots of their powertools & in the one instance where I had a failure after 2 years, I was given a brand new tool & told I had 1 year left of my original purchase, seems fair to me.. !! 😎👍☘🍺

    One important thing with the parkside batteries is that the built-in BMS only sends a signal to the tool when it reaches its lowvoltage cut-off and does not contain a MOSFET to turn of the power.
    So when its used with an adaptor like this and with a tool where the BMS in the battery normally cuts the power to the tool, the low voltage cut-off won't work and there is a big risk of damaging your battery by discharging it to low.

    I got a Charger and 2 Batteries to replace the Batteries of an old Bosh NiCl Drill. I dont have alot of money but a 3D Printer, so I buy cheap used tools and just use the parkside Batteries and printed adapters to get around. Its a good compromise and I like the tinkering.

    I have an ebike that runs on 42V charged. If you series connect 2 of these you get 42V fully charged 10S pack. I use 4*4AH parkside batteries with 40 18650 in total

    • @IONHowTo
      @IONHowTo  Před 3 lety +1

      It should work in parallel and series combined.
      If they are 2 in paralel + 2 in series it's 40V 8ah for the bigger ones.
      These have 5 18650s and the 4ah version has 10 INR 18650. All 2000mah per cell.
      Pretty good deal if you need 18650 batteries or using these as they are!

      Hi, Could you please help me with a similar setup? I'm just learning atm and building my own electric folding bike. I've bought 6x 4ah parkside batteries. The plan is to wire them so it's 6P10S which should equate to 36v12ah (60 18650 cells in total). How do i go about buying the wires and connectors? Thank you.
