I feel like this song was meant to sound very kpop usually idle tend to not have alot of the common structure of kpop but soyeons short rap is a characteristic of the song that also fits with how raps in kpop currently are. Soyeon in general usually gets a verse for her raps

You know Soyeon always does way more than 4 bars but chose to just do a quick rap in this one. I mean WIFE was basically entirely rapping. But a longer rap in Super Lady would’ve sounded so fire.

You really need to check out the four member girl group, kiss of life. Their debut is a story, starting with each members solo song, then their b side track, and finally their debut title track. It’s so creative and well thought out. Definitely worth a check!
