Hi :3
im super new minecraft n i love the way your world b builds look~ so was wondering what versions of optifine/forge (or whichever thingies u use lol) to make your mods (especially Nature's Compass) compatible if you wouldn't mind sharing c,: ...(or anyone who happens to read this n knows what to do plz elp lol)
Hi! There are lots of different versions of Minecraft, and it can be super confusing at first, but it will get easier the more you do it! :)
I use different versions of things in different videos. As long as the versions match (eg, they're all for 1.20.1, or whatever version you want to use) you should be mostly fine. Sometimes there are incompatibilities, but it will usually tell you which mod is a problem when you try to launch the game. I hope this makes sense! :)
If you use the CurseForge launcher you can make a new modpack and then click on the 'add more content' button (it looks like a jigsaw puzzle piece) and it will bring up a list of compatible mods to the game version you've chosen. If you add it from there it will automatically install the correct version. You'll have to add optifine separately because it's not on curseforge though. Wishing you luck!

Yes, it's always fun to have new features to explore! I'm especially looking forward to using the new copper blocks more, and of course the new different kinds of wolves! :D
