- Topographically, the Seychelles belongs to Africa. They are located in the western Indian Ocean. South of the Seychelles are the island nations of Madagascar, Mauritius and Comoros off the coast of East Africa.
Time zone is UTC+4 (DTG: Delta). This means a time difference of three hours in the winter season and a time difference of two hours in summer compared to Central European Time.
The Republic of Seychelles consists of approximately 115 islands, geologically there are 42 granite islands and 73 coral islands.
There are numerous beaches, coral reefs and nature reserves, as well as rare animals such as Aldabra giant tortoises. The capital Victoria is located on the island of Mahe, the starting point for visiting other islands. The island also has tropical forests in the mountains of the Morne Seychelles National Park and beaches such as Beau Vallon and Anse Takamaka.

Yes, the Seychelles is worth seeing. We wish you a good journey and a great holiday. There is even regret that we have already been there. And I would like to return, but there are still so many places on earth where we have not yet been.

How interesting! We were there in September too. From 16 to 30 September. First to La Digue, then to Mahe. This is the third time. Perhaps they were nearby.

@@travelannaborys You're right! The weather was terrible. We did not expect such Seychelles. They were very upset. And there are very, very many like us. The rain prevented me from doing anything. Fully walk and shoot on a drone.
