Jimmy didn’t even put any sauce on the pulled pork.. what kind of blasphemy...
Sauce is only needed to cover up crappy tasting pulled pork..
I could tell Jimmy didn't know what he was doing when he only seasoned one side of the butt and then drizzled oil AFTER the salt & pepper. 1) You need more than salt and pepper to season. 2) Putting oil on after the seasoning means your seasoning is going to fall all off of the protein. 3) I took Jimmy's cooking as more comedy than actual chef work. I KNOW he didn't make that mac!

This was HEELARREEUS! “It was seasoned and tasty!” Tariq bbq’d salmon is totally BBQ official.
