Probably the most un-Portuguese part of Lisbon. Just for expats and tourists who don’t speak the language and don’t know the culture. Caters strictly to foreigners. You won’t find many Portuguese people at those places. And you might want to loose those heals if you want to blend in lol. No one where’s shoes like that in Lisboa due to the slippery calçadas.
