In my honest opinion, the QiYi MS is amazing (never tried the RS3M 2020). Maybe its just my turning style, but I've always preferred QiYi puzzles, but if the RS3M 2020 is better, then I am extremely excited to try it!
i would recommend you to try the rs3m its just as the qiyi but quieter and a little smoother and has more customization

My Qiyi ms is some how so good that i’m debating to switch it to my main over my gan 11 which is also amazing
I got sick of my only 3x3 which was rubik's branded :P and I wanted a new cube. I couldn't decide whether to get the MoFang JiaoShi RS3M 2020 3x3x3 Magnetic Speedcube or the QiYi MS Magnetic 3x3 Speedcube. I decided on the MoFang RS3M, thanks to you!

I have both the RS3M 2020 and Qiyi MS. To me the Qiyi MS is very better! It has a wonderful corner cutting and it turns perfectly! I have the Gan 356 XS, GTS2M, GTS3M too but my favorite cube is Qiyi MS!
the qiyi ms budget cubes are still the best imo
The qiyi ms has quite tight stock tensions, if you loosen it to the same tensions as the rs3m it actually has better corner cutting.
It just has very tight stock tensions because it's meant for beginners to use out of the box, and if it pops a beginner might not know how to put it back together and think the cube broke. It could just be something with your particular copy but on mine it works great with very few lockups, especially compared to the rs3m
(the tensions I'm using for the qiyi ms are a half turn looser than stock)

My opinion. In these 2...i love the rs3m my secondary main is a qiyi ms... so pick the rs3m becouse of the customisation and the smooth feel. But i also like the qiyi ms. The qiyi ms has a crunchy feeling and a little lock-ups but i really like it too. Personally I would pick the rs3m than the qiyi ms.
Yea the RS3M 2020 might be good, but QiYi Ms is long lasting.... Why? cuz the Rs3m has a weaker core which result to striped core. When i solve in my rs3m the cube will popped out unlike the MS.
And the way i like my MS is I am a light turner.The scratchy sound of the cube didn't bother me at all.
Very true. The core is weak and can be damaged easily by just turning the screw. If you're gonna buy the rs3m 2020, just go for the Meilong M. It's more stable and it doesn't have that weak core.

RS3 is my main and I can say that QiYi cubes are blocky but RS3 is amazing! Sometimes it gets blocky but after some cleaning it's fine👌
i have both cubes and to be honest i like them both its just that the ms is louder all in all they are both a solid cube
Idk what happened to your QiYi Ms but mine could corner cut since the first day 45 degrees.

Weak Core:
My rs3m has a problem the screws the cube itself was adjusting by its own sometimes the turnings were smooth sometimes it's hard I'm kinda pissed. that's why I ordered qiyi ms and I'm still waiting for it
I like the fact that the rs3m 2020 comes with a screwdriver. I, for instance, don't have one

I literally bought 3 qiyi ms from 3 different sites for testing.. 😂😢
they could all corner cut 45 degrees and turned great.
bruh the rs3m is like 5.99$ when i bought it and in the online shopping app th Qiyi Ms is like 8.40$ but the o Qiyi Sail W is like 1.90$ which us a cheap speed cube
but i decided that the Rs3m is the best for me
