This inn was renovated from a historic ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant) and I fell in love with it at first sight when I saw it on the website.
The room I reserved had an open-air bath.
The novelties in the room were also great, and the toothbrush and slippers were also good.

Helicopters are a great way to make a special occasion special!
You get to see the sights of Kyoto from a perspective you wouldn't normally see, and the sense of freedom is great.
(Actually, helicopter rides in Kyoto are cheaper than in Tokyo, so it's easy to try!)
