There actually are some versions that have a Bb instead of an A. P.S. I personally feel the high G4/G#4 is much harder then the low A2/Bb2.
I did a workshop with Adam and the rest of the cast and he taught the audition portion. I got do do a cold reading for him and he gave such good advice and was so sweet and always smiling :) such an amazing performer
I saw Adam in Aladdin on Broadway!! I've been watching a million episodes of Obsessed and this is the first time I can say I've seen anyone in these videos perform live at some point in my life. XD ~:~
When he sang that "Low Note", he actually sang a G#2... the original song requires a Bb2... so he was actually singing lower then Marius has to go. Plus then the high note of "CAMEEE" was a G#4, a full note lower then it would have been if he sang in the key they actually sing it in on broadway. So tricky...... transposing the song so it fit his range. So tricky indeed.
am i the only one who read the title and immediately was scared that he was gonna get soaked like from newsies and then realized that real life is sadly not a musical but luckily means that they wouldn't randomly soak adam
