T20 game is no longer about one player scoring 100 of 65 balls and rest playing sround it. It is now about Strike Rate. No matter if they play 15 balls or 20 balls but are they scoring 45(15) or 50(20) ? If we want the WC Strike rate should increase of top order batsmen.
You just have to have two working eyes to love Virat Kohli as a batsman as he is so elegant, consistent and a match winner on most days he scores runs but at the same time, you just have to be a human being to hate him as a person because no human would like seeing a player abusing crowd of his own country, throwing a bottle on the boundary in anger, giving sendoffs to young players, abusing and badly arguing with umpires if decision does not go in his favour, is always yelling and shouting like a stray animal after every wicket playing for his franchise but was the same person who was laughing his heart out shamelessly with Pakistani players after getting humiliated in Champions trophy final.

If we be brutally honest then Virat has just been an above average batsman in IPL despite being the leading run getter of all time because he has had mainly 4 proper good seasons which were in 2013 where he scored 634 without playoffs, 2016 where he scored 973, 639 in 2023 and 741 in this current season otherwise he has scored 500+ 3 times but as an opener, 500+ is just about good season but not great plus other than in 2013, 2016, 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2024, his strike rate in all other seasons has been below 125 so other than in 4 seasons, mostly either he has not scored enough runs or just statpadded a lot but in this season, he was outstanding.
