I’m coming to this hotel for a week in August, I’ve seen some reviews and i was put off about some but I’ve seen this video now and it looks really nice in the hotel and everything👍🏻

@@missnoad2304 Hi, inflatables are not allowed in the pool, why I haven’t a clue, I have just got from another two weeks holiday from there and noticed this.
It’s €10 for the safe and €10 deposit.
I will be releasing a new video soon about the complex it’s self explaining about the two hotels on the complex are both the same.
We had great time there, and also everyday I met subscribers that have gone there due to my video.

If you requested a different room why did you not try and get it? Pretty grotty balcony view.
In may we stayed in the other side of the hotel to where you stayed, santa ponsa park, your food seemed better and nicer lay out, we only had the small sausages not the "catering sausages" at breakfast, and at lunch and tea everything was cold, and we thought the pool area was to small for the amount of guests, but we liked santa ponsa😊

We are staying here in October. You showed the pool and the pool of the sister hotel, can you use both? Also can you use the facilities of both hotels? Bar, restaurant etc? Thanks for the video, very clear and informative
Hi you can use both pools and the outside eating area is used by both hotels if they paid for all inclusive.

thanks for sharing enjoyed the video loads staying there in may for 2 weeks couple of questions I cannot find a price or menu for the outside pizza place also I understand we have to pay tourist tax can you tell me more information on that please cheers
Hi all the food outside is included in the all inclusive so you can eat has much has you want 🤣

Hi we are thinking about going in may time however the food in the video was all sea food for dinner is the dinner different on every night or is it just the same?
Hi, yes the food is different every night, loads of food to choose from meat dishes to pasta/salads etc, really good, we are going back at the end of June for 12 nights with more of the family 6 adults and 3 children 😅 have a great time if you decide to book 😎👍🙏

That's not a 4 star hotel...seems nothing much has changed since the 70,s bog standard Spanish holiday..but it too hot..lol
Thought the same, room is awful not even doors on wardrobes and very dated, pool area not appealing and sunbed hogging😮 if all inclusive why no free bottled water in the fridge ? I stay at Sunprime C lounge in Antalya Turkey in June this year a 4 star hotel with jet 2 and far nicer and modern check it out. Was all inclusive and very modern. Good video though thanks

Not sure but I no there is a new smoking ban around public in Spain, to be honest I didn’t see anyone smoking anywhere.

Sorry I’m really not sure, can’t even remember if there was any names on the pumps, but it was good meets my expectations. What date in June are you going, we are going back on the 19th of June.

I’ve been reading some reviews and there are a few negative ones. Can I ask because my family are big drinkers. We are staying in the tui SUNEO Santa ponsa. How easy us it to check in because apparently there are a few hotel. And please do you know when the bar shut at night, and all inclusive is all the alcohol included. Sorry for a lot of questions and bad English. :) good video new sub
@@beebeebelle Hi, very easy to check in, the bus should drop you off at Globales Pionero which is the complex after the Santa Ponsa Park, go to the reception at the Pionero, and they will tell you which complex you will be in, they are both the same layout so don’t worry if you think you are not in the right hotel, you can use all the facilities at both complex’s including the restaurants.
All the alcohol is included in the package apart from branded alcohol drinks.
The bars normally close around 12ish but there loads of places to drink close by.

Lovely hotel and surrounding beaches - downside - Sun Bed Bandits hogging the sun beds by leaving towels and disappearing for ages
Very true, they should not let people do this, it’s the same everywhere you go.

Plastic cups are 1 euro if you lose them not 10
That’s better if that’s right, I was told 10 at the time, must have miss heard or the staff member made an mistake all good 👍
Can you take your own plastic cups
instead of using theirs
Well it's not 4* then is it if you have no t facilities and no water!! I'd say 3* and not really all inclusive either. And all inclusive is a con really.
