It was a pleasure to be featured on the podcast ❤
👏👏👏 ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT 👍
loved this podcast learnt a lot about the law
U can get me out the police station next time I am in please 🙏 😂❤
What sort of lawyer are you are you just a criminal lawyer please
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
They just bug your property without a warrant and say a confidential informant gave them the info in court.
I can see why he could upset ppl in the law profession and some with all the social media nonsense but why should he care. He’s a proper grafter who’s made his success happen. He knows his market and how to get the work in and he obviously knows his stuff to back it up
Good on him
(Call Saul) Call Akhmed😂
😂
Went to school with Akhmed and grew up in the same area. Hes a great guy was hilarious at school i remember loads of funny stories. Great to see how successful hes become and how well hes doing. Especially coming from the school we went it was awful. Keep up the good work Akhmed nuff respect bro. Tim
Bro if I needed a lawyer I’d go straight to this guy he’s got an amazing track record
ReJuries, I sat in on a trial where one member fell asleep and two others struggled to understand English. This is also very common.
If i ever get in trouble I'd hire this guy straight away
Great conversation lads
Such a great podcast lovely gentleman and family man there is always a real person behind every high profile job
Remember legal advice given in this podcast is correct for England and Wales. Scottish law may vary. If you find yourself in legal trouble in Scotland please consult a lawyer who specialises in Scottish law.
You should try to get former lawyer James Macintyre who has just authored a book, Jimmy Two Guns. He was my lawyer once upon a time and in one of my cases, the first time video evidence was used in a court of law in Scotland. He got slashed in his office and represented the McGoverns. He is/was a script writer for River City and more. I haven't read his book yet.
Wow, definitely would love to see that podcast.
This guy is well connected in Brum & has a lot of heavy people behind him
Yep
Hahahaha wot?!!!!!!! Get a grip
@@jonwalton4286 are u normal? Wassup with u? You need medical help or suttin
Trust good lawyer too
@@jonwalton4286he knows all the OG’s in Birmingham. I dare anyone to try fk with him see how many guys land at your door lol
I respect the guys hustle but people need to view his success ratio in court in regards to receiving guilty verdicts vs not guilty verdicts. Then they need to see how many of his clients he recommends go guilty for a reduced sentence without going to court, in other words an easy payday for his firm. He gets more losses than wins. This is what most solicitors do not tell you, not just this guy! He has done very well and I like him but when In need of legal advice DO NOT just pick the law practice with the most followers on TikTok. That is not smart.
Maybe Akhmed took on the more difficult serious cases and the odds for winning was lower to start with, even if he was Perry Mason it wouldn't have made a difference
Like he says he is there to advise you on the disclosure the cps has.. if you get caught carrying a weapon all he can do is try get the lesser sentance. That would count as a loss.. no lawyer will have more wins than losses the wins they have will be reasonable doubt or the client never did it.
Enjoyed this one and fellow Brummie like myself. Top bloke.
... Loved James shout out to Linda, "she tells you to be home at 8, your home at 5"😂😂😂
LOVED THIS !!!!!
Some podcast James 👏🏽
Excellent podcast james
"I've got nothing against the police"
James... "same....not now!" 😅😂
Frutition … oh dear
hi james ever thought about asking prosecutor and defence barrister to come at the at the same time and maybe a judge
Great guy
Brilliant podcast could have done with you back in the day my brother James keep up the great work fella.
This guy is awesome ❤ so interesting and intelligent ❤
You smashed it bro
Really enjoyed this one... Akhmed seems on the ball and knows his stuff
Lol this the guy that thinks he’s straight out of Better Call Saul and pronounces violence as “Wiolence” 😂😂
Ok racist

@@RatedRRaj booohoooo 😝 😂
A proper horrible job to be fair, you have to be a bit snakey and scummy to be a lawyer
James, I would love if you could interview a KC on tour channel
14:15 in, he basically admits that his client deliberately reported the phone missing, so that it would be on record 😂
Respect to our brother
As ALWAY james brilliant PODCAST 👏👏👏👍
Such a likeable character, legend!
Topboy! From bham
He cant explain the difference between a lawyer and kq. They are not the same. And lawyer and client confidence even speaking about the case making the accused unintentional known. Wow
Flattery, that's the word your looking for 😂 "it's the highest form of flattery"
Did he really say Akmal yakoob 😅😅😅
jesus christ james youve put on the beef lad
He could defend an innocent man to death row.
Kent Paul
@@renatolaranja52 My man! 👊👍
funnily enough a barrister i had, knew my fathers side of the family and was a top barrister treated me with respect etc the court wanted to do me for GBH with intent but the barrister said they might drop it to wounding but ABH at the moment is the charge, the barrister kept it at ABH (i had a incident with 2 men they came out worse). as a reoffender, I educate people on criminal law and if i had an opportunity to become a solicitor or barrister i would grip the chance with both hands and stay on the right side of the law, i had a good upbringing my father was a grafter business man, my mother the disciplinarian, was a broken home due to alcohol, father working so much.. more i wont say on here, i thin i got the rebellious side from my father that ended up with offending, not drugs, theft, sex offences, driving none of that just fighting. if i had those opportunities i would grip it.
as ive been through the courts and avoided prison 3 - 5 times, solicitor deals with magistrates court, barrister deals with crown courts due to the severity, 'a more qualified person(s) is able to deal with that court(s)'.
the newest offence i've been commited of, the solicitor joked you can do that in scotland now as they have different law system, i thought 🤨😏, the english police officer said they're weird up in scotland and im a welsh man having to go to a english city to be questioned of an offense i committed there, no comment interview all recorded on my phone with my address and full name so police cant medit the audio to fk me over worse, i said to the police officer before the interview i want to talk to a duty solicitor 1st, i got what i wanted.
when evidence is against you, best thing to do is say NOTHING, they ask you questions about details so they can learn things from your own mindset to be 1 step ahead of the game, give them nothing. people know when youre a suspect is when you talk too much, a clear sign of anxiety/ nervousness to the point where you fear the out come and you off load everything (allowing enotions to over power your judgement), no comment is not telling the truth nor lying its saying you dont want to talk
theres a fella called kieran conway, ex director of intelligence for the provos turned criminal lawyer. should try get an interview with him.
Lawyers one of the important jobs you never know when you need one. However i don't trust lawyers politicians or second hand car salesman. Seems a top barrister & nice guy on the positive side. Good podcast enjoyed listening.
Top solicitor in uk today
Quick fact - his brother owns wakey wines 😂😂
Guy doesn’t even know the difference between a solicitor and a barrister the tool
James nows family value big up yakub
Representing terrorists and smack dealers, I had to switch off the most famous solicitor, do me a favour maybe in brumland amongst the brotherhood !!! 😂
Sounds like scarcity studios????
good shout he does. but scarcity speaks better english. And pronounces W as W not as V
This is such a good shout!!!
This man going hell lol good lawyer but so many without justice because of him
Every person has the right to legal advice fool
Most defence lawyers are going to hell but so are all the prosecutors that try to convince a judge to lock somebody in a cage like an animal when it isn’t necessary
54:55 same as you bro
Done alot of badness
Better call Saul (Akhmed)
Joking aside, all the best for the future 👍🏼
There’s a defence for every offence 😅❤
Main man Akhmed, Mashallah 🙏🏻
Wow
Well done Akhmed, im happy that you are doing so well😊
Better call mr khan
@4:01 🙏👏💯❤️
There is nothing controversial about this guy! he just says it like it is! that's how we Pakistanis are brought up, he made his mark, and he literally made it. Kudos to this man for making it on his own and his own shoulders! its bloody hard to set up a business on his own. As for his previous Boss the Pakistani guy, it was just pure jealousy that made him critize him all the time. I first heard of him when I saw him on this other channel so had to search him up, love him, and his honesty, hes bloody great! I am currently doing a Paralegal course and just like him I wanna make it big one day!
maybe try get joe shields on
James you said in an interview 5 years ago with inspiredinburgh that you had 6 years left in your of podcasting in your ideal world then you'd go behind the scenes - how do you feel about that plan now vs then I'm interested in a revisit so to speak, amazing interviews as always, but they've always hit a little different since knowing these weren't it for you and you had bigger plans. i hope there still being the fire in your belly
The Asian "Lincoln Lawyer" 😂
❤
if someone is good about his trade and that person loves what he does he is the person i would go to, no matter of his skin colour or none of that shit, i learned to know that people who are passionate about their work are the best ones in their trade
oh while watching the podcast i found out this guy is defending peodoes, so this is a thing to look for, im all for integrity but this guy is defending something that is not quite right
Not really good that this guy helps criminals get away with their crimes. If I was a victim of crime and this guy was defending the criminal then imagine how I would feel if the criminal got away from justice. Only a matter of time before it catches up to him or his family and roles are reversed.
This is the law of this country. Everyone arrested for a crime has the right to a defence. Agreed its not nice defending criminals but its the law and a legal right.
Very clever man intellectually , but not so streetwise i feel talks way too much about some things in this pod for example seems like he has a good heart though
41:09 - The expression imitation is the sincerest form of flattery is another way to say that copying is a compliment.
Forgets his old arse 100percent
Big up Ahmed and free Palestine ❤
This guy SMASHED it! 🫡👊 #TOPG!
The big man’s brief👊💯 this man will get anyone out a sticky situation 💯💯💯
What's so special about this guy?
Here Kirsten Mary in COMMENT SECTION will be messaging you shortly lol 👍
hes a great lawyer
God knows. He’s convinced that he’s a fantastic and famous solicitor but clearly his biggest fan is himself🤷🏽
@@Shamas-nl4ep … famous? best? If you say so 🤪🤪🤪
Fortunately I’m not planning on going to court any time soon, but if I was, I would give this kid a wide swerve. Sounds like he’s making it up as he goes along to be fare🤷🏽
@@andersondasilva1334 he said he’s from Aston
Good man he work for the criminal not the police
Take those silly glasses off
I bet he’s done some damage to the establishment! Lol.
Bro grew up not far from me. Really respect you Akhmed. Seem like such a good guy. Loved this interview aswell. Akhmed if you see this look up my cousin Simon Judd Birmingham, his on a massive conspiracy charge to distribute class A. His got money there and it’s gonna be a huge case. He could really do with a good solicitor as his looking at a 20 stretch 🤕
This guy is brilliant
This man is the real deal recently got my charge of attempted murder dropped before it got to trial and proved my innocence. ❤
Sound like the interview that was in Luton 24 hours in police custody
Wow only needing to read 500 pages of a 10000 page case. This solicitor is very talented
Imitation is the highest form of flattery
Clear Glass Lenses to try look intelligent.
Such a hypocrite! Sooking up to Tommy Robinson and now this guy and his beliefs!
He’s watched too much breaking bad
As-salamu alaykum keep it up akhi 🤲🫡
James, the Coollodial copper will reverse the gray hair . Dont just treat the symptoms
Copper is toxic to the body you lunatic
Wait, why is this man controversial?
Social media presence, many videos basically telling people how to not get caught 😂
Bring it to fruitition haha
A long time ago I got a call from a mate in prison and he wanted to put someone on the phone to me. The guy who he put on I never knew at the time but he went on to say "I was at your house the night before I got done". He was in for a robbery where a have-a-go hero was shot dead during the robbery in Bonnyrigg. I slammed the phone down. I had no prior knowledge at all that the robbery was to take place but they could have tried to make something of it. I think it was his first time in prison and it was the first time he was brought in on a robbery.
What a random story, does it have a point mate?
@@Wildeheart79 Only if you listened to the podcast.
@@stuartstein7495 I did, still not got a clue what you're on about

I usually really enjoy these but not this one. Firstly .. James why have you started swearing so much lately? And.. this solicitor on this vid.. Pretty much most of what he says sounds like complete BS to be honest
Thought this was gonna be decent but as soon as James praised Muslims AGAIN I switched off. Give your head a shake James they are turning our Kingdom in to s shit hole.
Bit cringe - praising gangs in prison, even the lawyer was uncomfortable as he is a law abiding religious man not a criminal
haha triggered Islam taking over mate
James loves bummming up to them.
What a miserable way of thinking. Your probably in your 40’s. Waste of life. Your literally a product of the system. Brainwashed
😂 ur Kingdom would be a shithole if it weren't for stolen resources. Read a book and put the Stella down
What a propa freshee accent
His lying about being broke he had his dads money he was driving a brand new Mercedes in college his family have over three hundred properties a supermarket, a massive wood factory he is full of bull.
You Pakistanis always hating each other
Of course 'a breach of the peace' is a crime, jesus
Police went in my house with no warden and they arresting me for a robbery I didn't do and then they release me and I was only 14 and that can turn some people into criminals I belive unfortunately
This is the type of solicitor men need in the family courts.
