The lead-up to Eurovision 2022 has begun! The countries that are representing in this year's contest have already started to select who they want to send to Turin.
Finland is one of those and they're holding their own contest called UMK 2022, to find their star to shine in Italy.

It actually stands out if all others are fast-pace, uptempo songs.

Noosh, it's best to watch the UMK videos that are in Finnish using captions on. This song has a nice message and the video really depicts that in the end. Nice

This song is beautiful. It certainly stands out amongst the other Finnish songs so far.

It kinda reminds me of the Common Linnets, it's so well produced and so musical!! I love it so much

The reason why the music video is like that is that she isn't talking about anything "happy". Its about love, or well, love that ended.

Personally, I believe that this song can be amazing live if they get the arrangement right.

Congrats for maybe the best pronunciation of "Sun numero" -title, among reactors! :D

Noosh, next time you can activate the subtitles. Yesterday UMK, had them already when the song was released. It will make so much more sense when understanding what the song is about. (non-Finnish folk here trynna helo :))

PUT THE SUBTITLES ON! All UMK videos have English subtitles…

It's different from three songs we got before. It's really nice (I love her voice), but probably not my favourite in UMK. I still think it's one of the best selections we ever got.

This is one of the song you know it’s beautiful but you need to listen to it al least a handful of times before growing to likes it, but once it enters your head you find yourself always singing this melody for the whole day

I think it gains a lot by paying attention to the lyrics.

I'm usually very rock leading and energy driven when it comes to music. But I have to say, this stands out. This will not do good in eurovision, ballads really are a little last season but this is first one with actual hook and this ain't even my genre really.

Turn on the subtitle Noosh 😀😀

Reminds me a bit of the Estonian band Traffic.

I really like it. I don't think it's a winning song, but would happily keep listening to it. It's got a beautiful melody. This is a genre I listen to a fair bit, though, so that might help 😅

I am the only one who this song reminds a little bit of „my hometown“ from the Eurovision movie? Again just a little bit.

It's a mix of Smith & Thell and Coldplay (with Fix You). Good luck to them!

Hi Noosh, can you react to Inbal Bibi's performance of Yellow Brick Road in X- Factor Israel?

  • @steamfox

Great example of why so many songs are in english, unfortunately. The non-flashy ones are especially hard to convey, although they kinda are already in disadvantage between the more energetic songs.

This song is good, like all other UMK songs. But it's very intimate and doesn't stand out.

i think it will stand out between all of the uptempo and rock songs that we've heard so far

@@fruzzdeep163 I hope you are right, Many people do not value songs that are not in English.

It's nice song, very beautiful and atmospheric. However... This ain't gonna fly in ESC. My money is on The Rasmus' Jezebel rn. They've proven themselves to be a blast on stage and song is good.
