- ರೈತರು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯೀಕರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮರ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಹಬಾಗಿತ್ವದ ಕೃಷಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಯೋಜನೆ ಎಂಬ ಹೊಸ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು 2011-12ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅನ್ವಯ ರೈತರು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಸಸ್ಯಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಸಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಟ್ಟು ಪೋಷಿಸಿದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬದುಕುಳಿದ ಸಸಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ. 30/- ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರನೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ರೂ. 30/- ಹಾಗೂ ರೂ. 40/- ಹೀಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ರೂ. 100/- ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನದಿಂದ ರೈತರು ಸಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹಾಗೂ ನೆಡಲು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವ ಹಣವನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದಲ್ಲದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಸಿಸಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟು ಬೆಳಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಧನ ಪಡಿಯುದಲ್ಲದೇ ರೈತರು ಮರಗಳಿಂದ ಸಿಗುವಂತಹ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು, ಬೀಜ, ಮೇವು, ಉರುವಲು, ಕೋಲು, ಮರಮಟ್ಟು, ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Karnataka Forest Department initiated ‘Krushi Aranya Protsaha Yojane (KAPY)’ in 2011-12 in order to promote the co-operation of farmers and general public in the task of increasing forest and tree cover. As per the programme, farmers are provided seedlings at subsidized rates from the nearest nurseries of the Forest Department for planting in their lands. The farmers are paid an amount of Rs 30 as incentive for every surviving seedling at the end of the first year. A sum of Rs 30 and Rs 40 per seedling is provided for each surviving seedling after completion of second and third year respectively. The incentive is given to encourage the farmer not only to plant the seedlings but also to nurture them at least for three years. The total amount of money provided (Rs 100/- per seedling) more than compensates the cost incurred by the farmer in procuring and planting the seedling. The incentive is quite substantial when the farmer plants more number of seedlings. Apart from getting the financial incentive, the farmers are entitled to get handsome returns from the grown up trees in various forms such as fruits, seeds, fodder, firewood, pole, timber, etc.

I would like to clear one thing to you sir.
I'm also suffering with the same stuffs what you've explained already, but some times we failed to struggle with those nonsense officers against their behaviour and their attitudes.
Sir we are educateds and also we know the law, if we just raise a small voice against those officers automatically they have came into responsible otherwise they didn't.
If we resist and take a side on their behaviour they will play like mad dog. We aren't ready to raise voice against them then think about poor villagers and low knowledge people.
My thought is we should fight against those officers.
If in case any wrong in my opinion please forgive me sir its just my opinion 😊🙏❤️
