I hated that they introduced a cool new ability to just nerf it one gen later, but it's awesome to see cinderace again.
Nah, protean has been an ability for a few gens now. Libero is just protean

It was cool but it was also overpowered,it was like you could terra every turn,of course it needed a nerf
@@ohreally6945 yeah but cinderace kind of needed it as it was to be competitive considering how frail it is in a meta full of powerful AND speedy attackers. Rillaboom got gutted too nerf-wise, but still holds its own with fake out, grassy terrain, and terrain boosted wood hammer/ slow u-turn and decent bulk. I guess Ace is still better than Inteleon. Lol
Also, cinder ace was much better in singles, and libero/protean are super strong
I was wondering what a decent tech double kicker. I remember this tech being used to counter focus sash smeargle. Damn tera ghost tho

i get how they had to change some animations to make them work in overworld battles where the player controls the camera but i wish they added some flair back in for these stadium battles

regy drago animation sucks in fact, Kinda sad they changed that, at least it won't be played that much in the tournaments
90% of the moves have bad animations now
Animations in general were toned down to make VGC games quicker
