Driving Around Small Town Chenoa, Illinois in 4k Video

Filmed on Sunday, May 12 2024, I drive around Chenoa, IL to see what's going on.
The area surrounding Chenoa boasts some of the richest soil in the world.
The Town of Chenoa was laid out on May 13, 1856, by Matthew T. Scott. Scott anticipated the place where the railroads would cross and platted the town which he called Chenoa.

As a french-canadian I like to see someone driving outside tourism area and show us what it's look like and Chenoa seems to be a great place to live. I did my first roadtrip to U.s.a down to Skowhegan in the Maine and come back later in the same day, I bought a flag in Jackman and I liked my first experience of the travel. As a quebeker, Maine is my neightborood state. Next time I'm going back, I gonna explore Portland and eat some local food to encourage the local economy and taste something different. After that, I gonna try the state of Vermont and Massaschusett.

Nice little town. Wonder why they don't play up the RT66 angle? Seeing the many old commerical buildings it must have been a busy place at one time.
