I find it harder to work on a specific move, first off my shoulder pads are always super low on my take off because I learned that you don't want them to reach your chest. I've also played O-line which is not my strength and have succeed on the simple idea that most lineman rush with their chest exposed and as a lineman in a good sitting position with elbows inside I just get underneath him. I feel as though the goal is to get rid of his hands and getting ready to break down.
