- In this video, we pick up on shot number two (someone forgot to hit the little red button...). My shooting buddy Dave goes 8 straight on the 405 yard diamond target. Many guys consider the diamond to be the toughest target at the Q.

Missed the Quigley. Just got my rifle on Friday.
Opened the box. Now I just have to figure out how to load and fire it.

Not using the bore wipers any more? Have you found that ones moist breath down the tube is all that's needed? I do like keeping it simple.. 👍
That’s Dave shooting and he uses the blow tube when possible.
Wind doesn't look like it was as bad as last year. How did you shoot?
Definitely was not as strong as last year, but it did change direction quite a bit. It was also a really inconsistent wind this year and would speed up and slow down at random. I shot 35 which was good enough for first place in the scope class. The overall winner shot 41.

One of these days I'll have a sharps. The closest I've got to a sharps is a ruger #1 in 218bee I dont mean to be dumb, what's the purpose of blowing threw the breach
It softens up the black powder fouling. Gets ready for the next shot.
