If I'm kicking into the windmill my legs don't spread and I'm very flexible (I can almost do a split). Any help?
you just need to force them and get used to the movement, maybe practicing it slowly will help you :)

How do you kick to go on your back and not fall on your back?
after swinging your legs u have to mantain them high, its not about the kicking but about how you push your arm and how you push your hips high :)

Guy this is very nice and detailed tutorial, but has a litle bit too much unnecesery llike "side stories" and things that make the video too long for people that want to play some video and start practicing.
You should get to the learning part quicker I think and a lot more people will watch this tutorial and fing the usefullness of it :) Good job keep it up :)
