Permanently Delete / Remove Remote Temporary Disabled Trade-In (KG) Lock on Samsung Galaxy Devices!

  • Video showing a Samsung temporary disabled block being permanently deleted on a Galaxy S23 Ultra. This is many times called a "KG lock" or "KnoxGuard lock". The device in the video was blocked because a trade-in was never received for it, but the block can be applied for several different reasons, either by Samsung themselves or by a retail store that sells the device on a payment plan. The exact message that appears on the screen may vary, but it always looks very similar to what is shown in the video. It will usually say things like:
    - "reported as lost in transit"
    - "outstanding balance due"
    - "failure to meet trade-in terms"
    - "a qualifying trade-in device was not mailed in"
    - "the original purchaser failed to complete payment of their order"
    - "we have been unable to collect payment for the provided credit on this new device"
    - "phone functions have been disabled"
    - "all functions on this device are unavailable until authorized"
    - "your phone has been locked due to being inactive with Walmart systems"
    - "This device, the exclusive property of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, has been reported as lost/stolen, and has been locked."
    - "This device has been reported as lost, stolen or undelivered by the purchaser which has resulted in the device being locked"
    - "You should contact the seller to resolve this matter"
    - "This device is locked. Please contact to Servify for additional details."
    The service that we sell allows that block to be completely and permanently deleted, allowing for 100% normal use of the device. At this time, we do require that the device be mailed in for this process, so any interested customers would either need to be located here in the US, or have the ability to do international shipping. It can be performed for models such as:

    Do u do tablets? I bought a tablet from my coworker. it turn out she didnt trade her old one in. SHe left her email on the tablet. And an email from samsung pop up My daughter loved it. Will they block the tablet if its on her account and not the other ladys?

    So now the outcome can go two ways.
    Samsung can make changes so this no longer works.
    OR they can just change the purchase requirements charging the FULL AMOUNT up front at time of purchase and then issue credit to payment once trade in requirements have been fully met.
    Because of scammers, honest folk can no longer have nice things.

      If you're honest and comply with the trade-in requirements, then you have no reason to worry about Samsung locking your device

      It actually WAS available, and we had done lots of them - and then Samsung closed the loophole that we were using. So as of today, we don't have a working method for that model. But in this business, things can change in a matter of a day or two - we could have a new method next week. So any potentially interested customers should always contact us directly to discuss details about their specific device and situation

    I mean i reached out to him but i belive its possible to do it remortly if you had the everything set up right ! But he charges 200 but told me to ship out the decive to him which i didnt feel comfortable doing ! I work as tech guy i mean there are tools which is used to by pass frp locks and stuff like that which he wouldnt be comfortable sharing which i understood too ! I just wished he was more friendly and comply with public but i understand its risky for him as well ! He told me he uses third party as well which i laughed when i read it but lomg story if you feel comfortable doing it do it i didnt feel comfortable paying and shipping my device out to his third partyy 😂 but yeah me nathan reach out to me if you seriously want to help man !

      Believe us, we have plenty of ways to hide our methods, when we do something remotely. So if we say that something *has* to be mailed in, it has nothing to do with someone else possibly learning our method. It's that we have *no* way to replicate that process remotely, at that time. When we eventually do, then we'll offer that option. And until then, all of those who choose to send in their devices will keep getting them unlocked :)

      @@RangeDreams When Samsung first started pushing out the Android 14 update back in November 2023, we noticed that they included a nasty little feature to make devices relock. So we did post about it on our various pages and profiles, warning customers to not do that update. So I'm guessing you never saw those posts, and that you updated the device, and that's why it's locked again. If that is indeed the case, contact us to see if we might be able to remove it again for you
