This video is a feast for the eyes and ears. Not only does it look delicious, but the method was cool and the video incredibly soothing to watch. Something about a fire and old school cooking implements like the mortar and pestle that relaxes one's soul a bit :) Not sure if I'm the only one soothed by watching this!
That’s similar to what we do for roast dinner here in the UK. Rib of beef on the bone with gravy. Can’t beat it.

I think he's just really in tune with nature and the animals can sense it. Or, at least that's what I like to think lol.

You're right! But it's a hell of a place to live for a few months and enjoy life again. You can live like a king for about 600 eur a month.... even cheaper as you get closer to the forest!

where I'm from we blend all our green herbs into a green sauce using the blender then marinate our meats!
